Please pease please can I get a replacement filter, its driving us both mad, we paid good money for this item, wich works great! 

But without the filter its useless. 

Please can you reply just once.

I've been trying for over 18 months!

No customer service, will not answer emails, messages, online chat, phone calls!
No answer at all. Can't get replacement filters, and can't connect to WiFi at any time.

Experienced exactly the same as previous reviewer with regard to obtaining replacement filters. Such a shame Saturn market a good product, but fail to respond to Chat messages and emails. If you want After Sales Service look elsewhere.

I purchased two air purifiers from Saturn in September 2020. The products look good and seem to function well. However, recently aftersales customer care has been non existent. Supposedly, customers should receive an email at around the 15 month mark with a link to purchase replacement filter sets. I have chased this since last November. I have left a couple of voicemails, attempted to use the firm's "Chat" facility numerous times, and emailed their "hello@" email address. All to no avail, I cannot get a response from anyone. I have even tried sourcing replacement filter sets from other suppliers including eBay, again without success. It does seem strange that the company does not offer the option of purchasing replacement filters direct from their website. If you are happy to own the machine for say 15 months then go ahead otherwise I would suggest steering clear.

Very good advice from one of your team. We bought the air purifier with a HEPA filter (as recommended by ventilation experts) as another line of defence, to help protect our family from Covid. Fingers crossed it will work.

My wife has suffered from Asthma quite badly which has developed over the last 10 years. As a result we were thinking of moving to live in an area with a better air quality. A friend suggested buying an air purifier, so I researched them and found the Saturn S2203i to be a very high specification at a very competitive price. I read the reviews, some of them giving a poor rating for communication and after sales service. I checked this out by contacting the chat service after 6pm. To my surprise, they came back immediately, with an answer to my questions. I placed an order and the unit arrived a.m. two days later. Plugged in, switched on and amazingly within a few hours my wife said she could notice a difference to her breathing. After only one day, we are convinced this machine has made an incredible difference to our lives. The air in the house is noticeably so much better. I had problems with the App, rang the phone number and spoke to Chris, explained the problem, and he rang me back within a few minutes with a solution, (which worked). Can't fault things so far, fantastic customer service, and a brilliant air purifier. I wish we had bought one a long time ago.

Have issue with one of the cable’s have tried calling but no answer and emailed twice with no reply!!!

Hi I have requested tracking information and eventually I received it, the link does ot work, and again sent mail to have the link amended updated and nothing back 48 hrs later still no correspondance.

This is an update from my previous review. Saturn finally got back to me and have replaced the unit under warranty. The replies take a few days to come, I can only assume emails are not monitored daily. I have asked about replacement filters as they don't sell them on their website- still waiting for a reply. Happy that my issue has been resolved, but would prefer faster replies as promised on the website.

The purifier is excellent (5 stars) but the customer service is poor. I had a few questions and contacted Saturn via their website contact form. No response to date. After a week I tried their live chat. Got a response but not very helpful and on further questioning the chat just stopped and a message said they were unable to chat now and would contact me by email. This has still not happened (two weeks later).

The best company i have ever dealt with and i mean that sincerely. Very best quality product, fast and safe delivery. 100% satisfied. I can not recommend them enough.

Love the product ,works well and looks great. Easy to move from room to room. Struggling to set up the wifi operation and have had difficulty contacting customer service. No response to emails or to messages .

I bought one for my pottery studio, to keep the silica dust down! (Silicosis).So the HEPA filter was a must. I’ve also bought one for a friend who suffers with hay-fever, pollen etc. She put it in the bedroom. After one night, she did not wake up coughing and wheezing! She is thrilled.

The product works fine, but the customer service is non existent. I have emailed, called and used the chat function. I have had zero responses for any form of communication. So much for we reply intermediately!!
They are happy to sell you the unit, but after that you are on your own. pity as I need new filters, so that's more sales for them, but I guess they are not interested in repeat custom.
Update: I was contacted by the company a week later. They asked me to reply to a separate email. I have done so 3 times now over a week. Still not had a reply. Stay away from this company if you want ongoing customer service. I have looked online and no one else supplies this unit or parts, so unfortunately I am stuck, be aware before buying.

I have now bought a second unit. It was delivered promptly and is working well.

All seems to work as described, but too early to evaluate effect on air quality and breathing.

I really love this air purifier, it works really hard and is small enough to not be cumbersome. It clears the air incredibly quickly and the customer service has been ace. Highly recommend.
