I currently have an ongoing case…
I currently have an ongoing case against the police and need new representation because my previous solicitors were also a load of 💩
Why would SM tell me they cannot take on my case and to come back when all is concluded?? That’s just dumb. I then mad the sad mistake of sending and enquiry again only to realise that it was them. Some girl from SM called me today at 11:04, I explained that I had spoken to them already and it sounded like the same person, she told me if I don’t want representation then she will close the file, I reiterated to her what was said the last time but I still need representation, she then continued to say they can’t take on a case that is already in court and I am to comeback once everything is concluded, the same 💩she said the first time. I asked her why would I need a solicitor after the fact? She just hung. Never go to these people and tbh NEVER use a solicitor’s based in Liverpool. My first solicitor’s were based there and were a load of scamming 💩
Satchel Moran thank you for actual rejecting my case because you all probably what of f’ed it up anyway. I only gave 1 star because I had to, disgusting

I had a help from the great solicitor in this firm Adam Roche over years ago,I was at the end of my patience with my landlord as the neighbour above me flooded me for over 2 years, that the wetness in my walls was so bad that paint was coming off, after calling, pleading and asking for help nothing was done, looking for some help,I came across Satchell Moran as soon as I rung and explained the situation, within the hour,Adam rung me,he patiently listened to my problem and situation I was in gave me the advice how to gather and forward him all the information,if I need to ask him anything,he was there to answer,eve if he was busy,he would email me to tell me and arrange to talk when suits us both,even when landlord wasn't for filing the agreement and left me hanging with the repairs to be done in my property all I have to do let Adam know and he was dealing with it,even that I new how busy he was and that I'm not the only client,he made me feel and gave me all the time and support and also without any long wait and made a landlord to cut his massive lingering too.

Mr Nathan Taylor Head of First Response Unit provided me very impressive and professional initial legal advice about the situation and I thanked him from bottom of my heart for which he and his firm deserved. Very disappointed with their service
Very disappointed with their service. My case was relating to clinical neglience. After 6 months they closed my case. They didn't get medical expert input and the solicitor was newly qualified. I would advise you to seek assistance from a larger firm as I feel 6 months were just wasted. Also, when I complained a legal secretary responded on behalf of a senior member of staff, which I think is very poor service.

This decision was not made lightly and followed careful consideration by our team.
We appreciate that this outcome was disappointing. However, we do not believe that a one-star review fairly reflects the professionalism of our team or the care and time invested in assessing your case. We remain committed to providing honest, transparent advice, even when that means we are unable to proceed with a claim.
We would also like to clarify your comments regarding your complaint. Your complaint was considered and responded to by one of our Directors. Whilst the correspondence was typed and sent by the Director's legal secretary, this is standard practice within law firms and does not detract from the fact that the response itself came from the Director. As such, we are unable to understand why this would be a cause for criticism.

After an incident involving my son and the police and wrongly being arrested we googled right away the best solicitors to take on our case, satchels moran came up as being one of the best. We contacted them and a guy called luke was happy to take on our case. We'd never dealt with solicitors or police before and was shocked and upset and didn't know the ins and outs about anything ..satchels moran dealt with everything and made things very easy for us. Luke did a great job and we were happy with the outcome..I would strongly recommend, and a great big thanks to them, (luke)...5 star satisfaction
