I am very grateful for all the help and advice satchell Moran solicitors have done for me they have help me get my flat back very helpful staff keep u up to date on what is going on with my case , advice on what to do and what not to do , if anyone is living in bad housing despair I recommend satchell Moran solicitors.

I highly recommend them. They communicated with you all the time, they are professional and ready to answer to my questions.

Wanted to speak to them about a hospital negligence claim.
Phoned Thursday 13th August was told someone would ring me back. Nope.
Phoned Friday arranged for 4pm call. Nope.
Not as good as some people say.

Law service is not very nice they gave me false hope when they took my case horrible service HORRIBLE I did reported them to the solicitor regulating authority 😡we came to them for help when a public authority caused abuse upon me !! They give false hope and don't deal with cases properly !!!!!! Other than that there call handlers are nice and professional 😡😡😡🙏🙏

Julia was very professional and was great support. This matter that I was dealing was has been very difficult and stressful but Julia made our conversation very helpful and just understanding the situation. Brilliant service and highly appreciated. 5 ⭐

This firm does not listen or conduct fair comprehension of most cases . They are not regulated by sra and they abuse disabled traumatic brain injury people as my experience
I'll gain based on monetary wins ..not on the rights of us all .
Give them only a small part of a case and they see if it suits them without any in depth understanding of the rule of law and duty of our rights ...this is the typical Solicitors that would fail in court and waste your time . They collect data then abuse our rights...stay away from this solicitors .

Initial general enquiry I made with the solicitors were met with professionalism and empathy by Jennifer which meant a lot with such a heart rendering situation for my family . I have since recieved an equally empathetic, professional and thorough explanation of how my case will be handled and taken forward by Connor a senior member at the practice . 5 stars for the quick response to my enquiries leading to the practice being my informed choice to go ahead with them

My family and me have received tremendous support since we contacted you and are very happy with the service so far.

A chocolate teapot would be more useful. It's false advertising. Why would you be referred to housing when your query was re the police? They can't write a sentence in English, so I can't imagine they passed Law exams. What kind of solicitor can't get his tenses right? Representation from pre schoolers could only be an improvement on a shower of illiterates.

Absolutely fantastic service. The solicitors were thorough and well informed and kept me in the loop the whole time.

I currently have an ongoing case against the police and need new representation because my previous solicitors were also a load of 💩

Why would SM tell me they cannot take on my case and to come back when all is concluded?? That’s just dumb. I then mad the sad mistake of sending and enquiry again only to realise that it was them. Some girl from SM called me today at 11:04, I explained that I had spoken to them already and it sounded like the same person, she told me if I don’t want representation then she will close the file, I reiterated to her what was said the last time but I still need representation, she then continued to say they can’t take on a case that is already in court and I am to comeback once everything is concluded, the same 💩she said the first time. I asked her why would I need a solicitor after the fact? She just hung. Never go to these people and tbh NEVER use a solicitor’s based in Liverpool. My first solicitor’s were based there and were a load of scamming 💩

I had a help from the great solicitor in this firm Adam Roche over years ago,I was at the end of my patience with my landlord as the neighbour above me flooded me for over 2 years, that the wetness in my walls was so bad that paint was coming off, after calling, pleading and asking for help nothing was done, looking for some help,I came across Satchell Moran as soon as I rung and explained the situation, within the hour,Adam rung me,he patiently listened to my problem and situation I was in gave me the advice how to gather and forward him all the information,if I need to ask him anything,he was there to answer,eve if he was busy,he would email me to tell me and arrange to talk when suits us both,even when landlord wasn't for filing the agreement and left me hanging with the repairs to be done in my property all I have to do let Adam know and he was dealing with it,even that I new how busy he was and that I'm not the only client,he made me feel and gave me all the time and support and also without any long wait and made a landlord to cut his massive lingering too.
I felt after very difficult
