We love our new windows! The fitting was quick and the windows look really great.

Two loft windows replaced.
We had two wooden sash windows replaced, which looked the worst for wear.
Sash Windows London Ltd, provided an excellent service, from survey to installation.
The installation team were particularly efficient. They arrived at the agreed time, had a good friendly attitude and carried out the work to a high standard. Leaving the premises clean and tidy at the end.

The team arrived on time - did an excellent job and cleared up the debris thoroughly.

We could not have asked for better service. The two guys that installed our new windows worked tirelessly; the job proved more difficult than estimated due to the discovery of damp timber but they worked longer hours in order to try and complete within the specified time. We could not recommend them more highly.

The installers exceeded expectations - respectful of COVID requirements and incredibly tidy during the install. Such attention to detail that I don’t need to redecorate around the new windows.

I was very pleased with the service delivered by Sash Windows London Ltd. Measuring up was efficient and careful, the window itself is beautifully made and the installation was quickly and cleanly done. Now that the window is fitted the improvement is vast - it looks great and the room is now quieter and warmer.

We need to replace every window in our house but are doing a little at a time because the cost is prohibitive. This company installed 2 PVCU 'traditional' sash windows for us and did a great job. Ideally I'll stick with them until we've done the whole house.

James was very informative, taking the time to explain all the options and to answer all my questions. Elvin and Kev were friendly and worked very fast to get the 2 windows done in one day, cleaning up afterwards and showing me how the windows worked. A small gap/crack appeared in one frame after installation but the company rectified it without any fuss and within a few days.

The windows look great and have transformed the rooms.

My first complaint is the price and my second complaint is the 50% deposit. Their prices are similar to other quotes I had but I can't understand why prices for this work are so high. Most home-owners would not be able to afford this, so I'm guessing it's landlords who help keep prices up. This market neds to be looked at if environmental concerns about energy use are to be addressed by everyone having decent windows.

Arrived on time. Put dust sheets in communal hallway as well as apartment. Did the job in record time and left, having cleaned behind them. The windows look fantastic.

Well run, easy to deal with window fitting company. New pvc double glazed window installed to a high spec. Whole process from start to finish has been a breeze, from initial consultation, survey for measurements to install work. Fitted within 2 hours. Very impressed. From the moment the sales manager called t advise it was apparent this was a highly professional company.
Good advice provided and quick and efficient quote. Excellent communication as we approached the installation date despite the current CroVid crisis. Highest standard of installation in difficult circumstances all very tidy and efficient. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Maltin and his team were amazing very professional and very thorough when fitting all the internal doors in my property. Furthermore the custom built understairs unit that maltin designed and fitted is exceptional.

I had an initial video survey (due to Covid-19 lockdown) with James. It was very informative and easy to follow despite just using a phone‘s FaceTime function. James was even able to show me the windows that are installed in his house which gave me a good idea how they would look in my property.
I would not hesitate to recommend having initial consultation via video call as it is both convenient and very informative.
