Sarwa Digital Wealth (Capital) Limited is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) as a Category 3C entity in the ADGM. Sarwa X, Sarwa Crypto, Sarwa Trade, and Sarwa Save are all products offered through Sarwa Digital Wealth (Capital) Limited.

With regard to funding, we had faced some delays recently with some of our clients and this was due to operational issues faced by our banking partners ENBD. On normal days, it takes 2-3 business days for local transfers. Rest assured, we are actively working with Emirates NBD to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and we are committed to providing the best service possible as always.

My issue was resolved by Sarwa

There was a slight delay in receiving funds due to some name difference between Sarwa and my bank account. However, Sarwa resolved the issue. I would recommend others to pay by debit card even though there's an additional fees if you want the funds in your account immediately. Otherwise, better to transfer from your bank account if you are planning to invest a large amount. I recommend Sarwa to everyone who has patience in the trading journey.

Still not reflected my deposit amount on my dashboard

This is a very bad thing. I transferred the money from my bank account to Sarwa's account ten days ago. At that time the US stock I wanted to buy was available at a very low price and now its price has increased by 40$. Perhaps choosing Sarwa was my biggest mistake. Thank God that I did this amount just to test and I already knew that Sarwa isn't a good platform for trading.

Terrible communication

They have non-existent communication methods. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week with no response. They do not offer a phone number and do not respond over their whatsapp, email and website form. If I do not hear back over the next day, I will be pulling all of my money and investing else where.

Very Professional Client Services

Where is my money? No response from Sarwa for 3 weeks!

I transferred a large sum of money to my Sarwa account more than 3 weeks ago. It still has not arrived? I am so frustrated with Sarwa customer service - the only way to contact them is a generic whatsapp number, support email account, or their online form. Over the past three weeks I have sent more than 100 individual requests via these three methods and I still don't know where my money is. I cannot underscore enough how frustrated I am with their service. I would NOT recommend this company!

Terrible experience

I’ve been a customer of Sarwa for many years but had to close my account recently because I had a highly unpleasant experience, which has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did they restrict my trading account without any prior notice, but they also failed to respond to my complaint, adding insult to injury.

The sudden restriction on my account came as a shock, and I was left in the dark about why the account restriction was not communicated to me. Instead they told me that I closed the account myself and refused to call me to discuss the situation. Sarwa provided no proper explanation regarding the account restriction, which severely impacted my ability to manage my investments effectively. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable from a financial institution that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the complete lack of support from Sarwa when I reached out to address my concerns was utterly disappointing. I made several attempts to contact their customer service department, but received no clear response aside from the fact that restriction was placed because of their broker’s rules. It is alarming and deeply concerning that they showed such disregard for my issue and failed to provide any support or clarification.

As a customer, I expect clear communication, prompt responses, and a proactive approach from any reputable investment company. Regrettably, Sarwa fell far short of meeting these basic expectations, leaving me feeling ignored, frustrated, and disheartened.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sarwa to anyone seeking reliable and responsive investment services. Their lack of transparency, account restrictions without notice, and complete disregard for customer complaints reflect a deeply troubling level of incompetence and indifference towards their clients’ needs. I strongly advise others to consider alternative investment options that prioritize customer service and communication.

50USD for Beneficiary addition!

I remember when creating my sarwa account I gave details about my beneficiary. But in the app now I see there is no beneficiary linked to my account, to add a beneficiary I need to pay USD 49.99.

I don't this is fair. It basically conveys to me that if something happens to me then Sarwa is going it makes it difficult or impossible for my family to get access to my funds because I am not interested in paying the 50 USD fee.

Sarwa is no longer the low cost-friendly investment app. I am not doing any more investments in their platform and looking forward to taking my money out when the market improves.

In regards to the USD 49.99, we definitely are not trying to make it more difficult for you to be able to provide your family with access to funds. To clarify, we never in the past have collected any beneficiary information as it wasn't a possibility.

We actually wanted to make it easier with launching this feature, as it would avoid you having to go through the UAE courts to have this resolved. That process would have much higher costs, so we do believe it is fair and much cheaper alternative.

We still believe in making investing accessible to all at a low cost, and we will to continue to do so. Please feel free to reach out to hello@sarwa.co if we can provide any further clarity on the matter.

Sarwa is a friendly platform. But the limitation is that it is not offering Sarwa trade on the windows platform (only on mobiles)
