I felt Faisal was not a typical consultant. He just gave information trying not to force anything on me.

Pending deposit update...Very slow
I deposited additional fund via standing order from my bank on July 29 and still not reflecting on my dashboard until today (04Aug). i followed the instruction from the link they've send via whatsApp and they are still confused if that was previous or new deposit after I explained everything and even sent a copy of my deposit slip. Really frustrating. I will cancel my standing order for this investment.

Hi Ehms, please note that you funded your Sarwa account on a Saturday, meaning we wouldn't have begun processing the deposit till Monday, which then reflected that same Friday. Please keep in mind that we do need 2-3 business days to process any deposit unless using the instant funding option.
