Plants came healthy however one of them seemed to be in shock as they were cape sundews and wrapped in plastic I guess that was cause but the other one is thriving as of late.

Very simple process to buy and plant has been delivered, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as the attention to detail and customer service was very evident throughout.

Excellent service, speedy delivery and I am delighted with the quality of the plants, I have received. Supplier highly recommended, I will be back to buy more plant's to add to my collection of unusual specimens.

Second purchase
I made my second purchase from Saracenia House. It did not disappoint, I received a lovely plant, in perfect condition. As I mentioned last time, it was carefully packed in eco friendly packaging.The customer service is 5 star! I will return soon for my next purchase!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic response from Gary after the courier had left the box of plants on top of my gate as the delivery had been so late. One of my plants had been damaged but having seen a photograph of it Gary assured me that it would grow as expected with the correct care and attention. He generously offered to send me a replacement. I am looking forward to buying some more exciting plants from them again. Watch out flies!!

Great plants and service
Parcel arrived quickly and was well packaged. Looks a good sized root with quite a few immature pitchers - can't wait to see how these will mature. Thank you, Gary. The personal note was really nice. Do you have any open days?
