Have ordered 7 cigars, 6 of them were añejados.
Arrived in perfect condition with 24H mail service.
The customer service received through emails was very kind, helpful and professional.
I couldn't be even more happy.

Been after a certain bottle of bourbon for a while, while searching I came across Sardars Cellar, they had what I was after and at a very good price. I sent a mail off to their contact address, this was late on a Sunday evening, within 15 mins I had a repl, so without hesistation I made the purchase. Monday afternoon I received an email to say the bottle had been shipped, Tuesday afternoon an email arrived from the Royal Mail saying they had received the bottle and gave me a tracking number, Wednesday the bottle arrived, very securely packaged.

I have to admit after reading some of hte 1 star reviews I was a little worried, but now in hindsight the email updates were spot on, the service very good, the delivery superb.

Should the occasion arise they have someting else I'm after I definately purchase from them again.

Purchased a bottle of gin in July. Still waiting for it. Didn't get a conformation email. They took my money. Luckily I contacted my bank and got a full refund.

I would say avoid this company. Seems like a scam

Shocking service order something in 10th feb order didn’t arrive I was told it was damaged in transit after several attempts to contact them it was supposed to reach me two days later and still not arrived and no reply from them again after several attempts avoid at all costs

I've placed order on 24 Feb and the order never arrived but the amount was taken from my card the next day. I've tried reaching them multiple times (through email, contact us form, phone) but no response from them. Stay away from this site as this seems to be a scam.

Claim of order cancellation is false as I've received communication with order number that the order will be received within 5 working days. I haven't received any refund or email communication (neither my bank received any update)

Ordered wine on-line. It didn’t arrive. Tried emailing and also used contact form - heard nothing back. Telephoned, no one answers.
Took my money and didn’t deliver or contact me in any way. Disgusted.

I purchased 2 bottles of alcohol from this crowd on 9/8/23. I have emailed them, rang their number and messaged them on messenger. No confirmation email....nothing!
They have taken my money and now ignoring me.

Awesome little shop. Love the cigar selection in the humidors and how they change regularly. Fantastic selection of spirits too. Owner is a gent and woman is always helpful and very pleasant. Won’t buy my cigars anywhere else!! Mind and keep that bottle of cigar cognac for me!!!
