Error on order quickly rectified
I ordered three items on Sunday taking advantage of the 30% discount offer. When my order was confirmed two of the items were discounted but the third was had a ‘subscription’ added (regular repeat order) and not the 30% discount). I emailed Sarah Chapman on Sunday evening and received confirmation the next day that a refund had been issued and the subscription had been cancelled. The order arrived very quickly. Thank you Phoebe for such an efficient and friendly service.

Repeat customer
I love the products that I use and I’ve been a customer for at least ten years. I will continue to buy them because my skin never performs as well using other brands.
Customer support is fairly prompt and efficient. I would like my parcels left at my front door by DPD and that’s not possible unfortunately, I do find that a little irritating, but it’s not the end of the world.
