Fragrance longevity can vary significantly from person to person. Factors such as skin type, application method, temperature, humidity, and daily activity can all affect how long a fragrance lasts. While no perfume performs identically on everyone, there are a few ways to help improve longevity, including applying an unscented moisturiser beforehand, spraying onto pulse points, and lightly applying the fragrance to clothing (where suitable).
We’d recommend giving these techniques a try. If you have any questions or would like advice on getting the best performance from your fragrances, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always happy to help.

We can see you have ordered from us twice, one week apart. We’re glad you were happy enough with your first order to return; Rayhaan Terra has phenomenal projection, so that was a great choice if you're looking for strong scents.
Having reviewed your most recent order, you purchased Fakhar Lattafa Extrait, Eternal Oud, and a 5ml decant of Eternal Oud. As far as we are aware, fake versions of these fragrances do not exist at this time, as they have not reached the level of popularity that typically attracts counterfeit production.
Regarding the lack of smell, Eternal Oud is one of our stronger woody fragrances, so “no smell whatsoever” is not something we would typically expect. We always test and refill our decants prior to dispatch, confirming contents before labelling. Your decant was filled from our in-use tester, last used recently during a shopping expo, so we are confident there is no issue with the product itself.
It may be worth getting a second opinion, as environmental factors or temporary changes in sense of smell (including common viruses or recent illness) can sometimes affect how a fragrance is perceived.
