Absolutely disgusting they can still advertise, my wife ordered a dress that did not fit, tried for a refund have sent several emails but no response, avoid at all cost we feel we’ve been scammed, something should be done to stop other people falling for this.

Do not order from this company cheap wrong colour awful never get ya money back after numerous request AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY RIP YOU OFF

FAILED to answer any emails, FAILED to send the dresses displayed, FAILED to send the right size.
However, successfully took my money!

Dreadful quality item, nothing like photo, and no reply to request for refund despite asking on multiple occasions. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID! I feel quite silly buying from them. I didn’t look at the reviews, which I should have. I thought they were London based using RM delivery. This was not true. False advertising. Item arrived many weeks after id ordered. Not suitable poor quality & looks nothing like the pictures. I’ve tried to send back but no response. Please avoid.

Terrible! It took weeks for my jacket to arrive it came from China! It looks nothing like it was advertised and is appalling quality.. they make you think this is a UK based business and you’re ordering from a store in London.. avoid at all costs.

Absolutely dreadful clothing, quality shocking. Very misleading website which makes it loom like a bricks and mortar shop, however, all items come from a Chinese warehouse. I have expressed my dissatisfaction and have been ignored. Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs, you will not receive the item that you trusted you were purchasing, very poor replica sent, definitely not from London as stated.
Then they completely ignore your emails to ask for a refund. This company should be ashamed of themselves conning people out of money.

Fake site - the ladies on the homepage photos are fake. 4 dresses ordered and received from China after 3 weeks. They are all horrendous and look nothing like the photos. Constantly emailing them to request a return but nobody is responding... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dress is cheap material & not like the lovely photo on their website showing a fake shop front in London. Victoria lane was quick to reply when I queried why was it taking so long to arrive from London via 48 hr Royal Mail delivery which is what they advertise, along with a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. Now that I’ve asked to return they are ignoring me. There is a return address on the packaging for a unit near Heathrow. I contacted consumer advice, but they replied saying I’d need to contact international consumer centre. Not sure it’s worth the hassle for £40 but I’m angry as keep seeing adverts on FB for all these lovely shops supposedly in London. This shouldn’t be allowed. Looking on here lots of customers are falling for their fake front. Wonder if it should be reported to FB.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..THEY ARE A SCAM . Have been trying to get through to them via email and heard nothing off them . Broufh5 what i thought was a tweed jacket. Not very good material and looks like its been made by a beginner. I paid almost £40 for this and doesn't look like I'll get it back . Do yourselves a favour ...READ THE REVIEWS 1ST!!

If I good give minus 10 I would. The dress is nothing like the picture. It’s a different fabric altogether. No frill round the bottom. Was supposed to be higher at the front dipping down at the back. It’s straight round. It looks like a tent. It also took weeks to arrive. It’s definitely not a good sight. I feel ripped off

I waited nearly 4 weeks for dress to arrive. Talk about being disappointed. It looks nothing like the description on Sarah and Louise website. It's a BIG CON. Like many people before me, I wish I had read the reviews. How do people get away with this??? Now I'm out of pocket because returning the dress is nearly as much as the dress. Please,please read the reviews. Trust me it's a SCAM. I would have given it 0 stars but that's not an option

I ordered and paid for a dress. It arrived after about 2 weeks from China which surprised me. However, it was a poor fit and didn't look anything like the photo so I asked for a refund. I sent several emails asking for an address to send it to and requesting a refund but heard nothing back.

Oh how I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering.
Some one called Victoria Lane was quick enough to respond to my email when I queried where my item was, as it took 4 weeks to arrive from their “London” base.
Item arrived and I have never seen such shoddy material.
No one has replied to my email requesting a refund……. Suprise suprise.
Total scam. So I’m £50 out of pocket.
Next stop for me is trading standards, and the Martin Lewis show, see if he would like to do a piece on scam supposedly UK fronted selling sites.
And to make matters worse, I’ve discovered the exact same item on Temu, same photos and everything for £20.00

Awful product that looks nothing like the product photos. Cheap copy with extremely poor quality materials. Do not purchase and waste money. No refund possible. Definitely a scam site sending out rubbish Chinese products

I too didn’t see the poor reviews. The advertisement indicates a U.K. based store but the goods came, after a long delay, from overseas to where the products must be returned for refund.
Shoddy product, poor quality.
My requests for a refund are ignored.
An obvious and expensive scam
