DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not who they say the are and your goods will never arrive.

I am feeling really stupid- have been conned and wasted £50. Ordered 2 dresses they are skimpy, awful polyester and dreadfully made.

Scan, items are of poor quality and take ages to arrive, definately not how they portray items on the Facebook site

Scam. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy. Outfit was shocking. Gutted I fell for it. The only time I didn't check Trust pilot. Awaiting an offer from them now instead of returning to China as it will be costly. Oh well. My mistake but hopefully I can warn others 🙏

This is a scam. Avoid like a plague. It appears to be a respectable London store but it isn't. It is the front for Chinese vendors who do actually send the goods but they are outrageously awful, cheap and nasty fabric with fuzzy photo printing. When you want to return the shoddy goods, you have to send them to CHina at your expense!

Do NOT FALL IN TO THE TRAP!! A lovely picture popped up on my instagram feed of 2 ladies in their London shop saying they were having a one off sale as they are moving to a bigger premises and this sale would end at midnight. ALL a big fat lie! No shop, the clothes come from China and the ‘one off sale’ is still going on weeks later. The clothes arrived today and they are AWFUL! Cheap fabric badly made. This is a complete rip off and a con! Should be illegal. Looked at return policy and OF COURSE if it’s in the sale no refund. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS COMPANY. I regret my decision and falling for the con myself.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Awful dress nothing like what was expected from the photo. Worst purchase ever on the internet. A I advert. No shop . Companies House has an address listed for SarahClareLondon but it’s a flat in a tower block. Can’t believe I fell for this. Will only accept a return if posted back to China. They don’t answer emails. (There’s a surprise). Please don’t do the same as me and fall for these scam companies.

Have been really disappointed with the products which are nothing like the website! Do not buy anything from this brand as is definitely fake!

Do not order from this firm. It pretends to have a UK retail sites. It is solely a Chinese shipping company. If anything is wrong with the product you have to pay postage back to China. And good luck with them refunding you. All these images appear on multiple different sites with multiple trading names, all with so called shops, with very big sale reductions.

DO NOT BUY from this firm. The quality is so bad you could not wear the item. It is all out of line like someone drunk had sewn it. They Do not respond to your messages when you request a refund. Shoukd have bought from Shein for half the price and no problems with returns/refunds. Avoid this firm like the plague.

Do not purchase from this Company! The jacket I received 3 days ago was nothing like the photograph. Terribly badly made, zip very off-centre, uneven at the bottom and sticking out at the sides. I immediately emailed requesting returns information and have submitted their contact form 3 times, which states they will get back in a couple of hour, but they have ignored these requests. It looks as though I have lost £50. Shameful!

AVOID!! This clothing company is pretending to be from London but instead cheap poorly made clothes are shipped from China.
The coat I ordered came with a sideways zip. Absolute rubbish and I paid £50
