I had a couple questions and got a response in less than 8 hours. My question was asked after business hours. I then ordered the item and immediately recd confirmation of my order with tracking number. 3 hours later I recd a note thanking me for ordering and reminding me of my tracking number. 2 days later the item was in my hands!! The item was packaged nicely and is EXACTLY as described from the size to the color! I understand how colors show up differently on websites and other computers, but this color was right on! So I truly appreciate this terrific customer service! I recommend highly.

Cute jacket, but…
I ordered a jacket in size XL . It was too small so I ordered the same jacket in XXL. Unfortunately they are the same measurements so neither one fits. I love the looks of the jacket and it seems to be made well.

Only took about 2 days for the product to arrive and it will suit my needs perfectly. Ponchos are light weight and can be easily stored in their pouches when not in use for travel.

Impressed with Saphirose!
I am impressed with Saphirose. They do not offer free return shipping; but state that clearly and return instructions are easy to follow. Their customer service responded promptly to all email inquiries. In addition, as soon as I got my return into the mail, I received a notice that my requested exchange product had been processed and sent.
The lightweight, packable women's long rain jacket is exactly what I wanted for travel. ~Naturally is rather wrinkled from being stuffed into a small pack, but I think it will smooth out if hung. The color Navy is exactly as shown, AND it even has a double zipper which glides smoothly.

Got exactly what i wanted
To be honest i haven’t used yet. However, it is exactly what i was looking for. I live in South Florida and the summer rains can drop a lot of water quick. I needed something to keep shoes dry upon leaving work(our parking lot has puddling issues). I like the material and construction. Not sure if are meant to be worn without shoes but i got xxl to cover size 81/2 mens and they fit perfect. Can’t wait to try ‘em out.

The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy, not complicated.
I feel as a customer we should have a choice of how we want the order shipped. Other than USPS. I tracked my order from start to deliver. Once it arrived in Kansas City it was there 4 days. That is just crazy to me.

Dear Ellen,
We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations regarding its water resistance and color. We understand you were expecting a burgundy shade and a higher level of waterproofing, and we apologize for any disappointment caused.
Our goal is to resolve this to your satisfaction, and our team has emailed you with more details. Then we can feed back to the relevant department and try our best to optimize our products.
We look forward to hearing from you.

What was needed - needs longer sleeves
It's a good size and seems like it will fit over a backpack. I only wish the sleeves actually went down to the wrist. It has a thumb loop or some kind of loop, but it doesn't reach the hands. Also may be handy to give a folding guide to be able to fit it back into the pouch it comes with

Svar från SaphiRose
Dear customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed and helpful feedback. We sincerely appreciate it.
We are pleased to hear that the sizing and the backpack-compatible fit are working well for you. Regarding your point about the sleeve length, we apologize for any disappointment. Our design intent was to create a sleeve that provides secure coverage while offering versatility, but we understand that for a precise fit, longer sleeves may be necessary for some customers.
We will formally document your comment regarding sleeve length and share it with our product development team for consideration in future designs.
Furthermore, your excellent suggestion about including a folding guide to repack the item into its pouch is greatly appreciated. This is a valuable insight that can significantly improve the customer experience. We are already looking into creating a simple visual guide (like a quick diagram) for future inclusions with the product.
Your input is crucial in helping us improve. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team directly.
Best regards,

I'm just a real person lookin' for a raincoat. This one didn't break the bank, came in cute colors, and had decent reviews. I'm skeptical of decent reviews these days because I worry that they are fake, especially on sites that I'm not familiar with. However, I'm super pleased with the coat, the shipping process was smooth and quick, and now I can walk shelter dogs without getting completely soaked. I like the pockets, too!
