The company is fine. Good communication and service. The product was bought as a replacement for exactly the same T shirt but on delivery I have found the sizing has changed. Probably due to a change in manufacturer since my last time buying this T-shirt. The new T-shirt is too big for me.
Unfortunately the process for returns and replacement is too expensive so I will live with an oversized T-shirt

I give 4 stars only because of the long wait, although knowing the handle bar was from overseas. Wanted one the same as the previous bent one, but this was the closest, although a little taller. Just pleased to have found what I required, and this web site had it.

UK customer. I ordered a set of Kenda tyres in cream. They arrived in perfect condition at the time and date stated. Even with taxes and duties the tyres were still cheaper than I could source in UK. Excellent company who I will be using again

They scam me. I bought a bike a week ago, and when the delivery has to take place, the deliver day they send me an e-mail informing me that they didn't sent the bike because there is no stock and they offer to buy a more expensive bike and they gave another option 2 times bigger to the bike I "bought"
Now they doin't want to return my money and I don't have none to talk I have to report it to paypal.

I am very impressed with this company. I ordered a bag and a couple of hours later, I realised I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they responded quickly confirming they would hold the order and asked for correct order details. They confirmed the order and refunded me the difference! Responses were quick and communication was clear. The correct bag was received though I did have to wait but it arrived within reasonable timescale.

Company has charged me, it's been 8 days and the order hasn't shipped yet. Nor can I speak to a human about it. Nor can I get a refund. Avoid like the absolute plague.

Terrible service. No communication, misleading delivery claims. They promise delivery timeframe of 3–5 days, but even after 10 days, the item still hasn’t been dispatched. Reaching anyone directly is impossible.

Worst of all, they claimed the item would ship “ASAP” that was five days ago, and still nothing. Completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs and shop anywhere else.

I've been buying parts for my old bike for years on this site. Their prices are competitive and product quality is fantastic.

Ordered a bike lock almost 3 weeks ago. Still not arrived. Refunded my shipping cost last week but despite numerous emails no product has arrived. Sent tracking numbers that do not work. I have demanded a refund twice now with no response. This firm is absolute.rubbish! Beware
