I'm happy to share that our moving experience was excellent, with everything proceeding smoothly. The relocation took place between Rotterdam and Brussels over two days. Both the packing and unpacking teams were impressively quick and careful, ensuring a smooth transition.

With the support of the Santa Fe team, I never felt the strain of moving to a new country and had a great experience. For this I am grateful with all my heart. I would also like to thank Anita here, she was with her throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about everything. Anita was always available if I needed help or was curious about anything. I received the best support on many important points such as finding a new home, getting to know the region, and being ready for municipal and bank processes according to the country's procedures. I would like to thank Anita and Laura for their helpfulness and kind approach.

I truly appreciate the agents' help on my home search in Paris. I have zero idea about the language, culture and rules here. I wouldn't imagine how could I figure out a place to stay without their support. They both are very supportive and detailed orientated. They helped me review through the long contract and make sure there is no issue with my apartment from document to the actual environment. Their work ethics are exceptional for example, when I struggled with the bank to pay my deposits, they tried to support me even if this is not part of their job.

The only downside is I feel rush and limited with choices during the home search. I kept getting pressure with limited options to decide (we only viewed about 6 apartments). I also got pressure of Olympics approaching. I would prefer to look over more options and maybe get a place is the same quality as my current one but bigger space.

Other than that, thanks to their professional supports which relieved lots of pressure I am taking in this new city.

Embarking on my first-ever moving journey, I was met with an unexpectedly positive experience, thanks to the professionalism and care of Santa Fe’s moving team. Comprising a few dedicated individuals, they handled all my belongings with utmost care, ensuring everything was meticulously packed. In just a few hours, they managed to prepare all my items for the move. Upon arrival at my new home in another country, I found all my possessions just as I had left them, unscathed and perfectly intact. Impressively, the team left no trace of packing materials or mess behind, leaving everything clean and orderly. This seamless move was a testament to their efficiency and attention to detail.

Both consultants, Laura and Anita were absolutely instrumental in making my move seamless and smooth. I especially appreciate their professionalism combined with informal yet informational attitude. I received a lot of valuable information which would take me ages to research myself. In addition, they helped me to find my apartment remotely, I did not have to be present and received videos and photos of the properties. It was like having a good, well informed friend in the new country that helped you with the move. Amazing

The crew were polite and helpful. I also commend Ms. Hana who oversaw the packing and was checking on the crew regularly. She also accommodated my requests so I can comply with our own policy on entry requirements. Thank you.
