SFR do not reply to emails. Their management accuse you of being rude when you ask if you are dealing with a man or a woman because their name is not clear and when you remind them that as a disabled person you need reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act, 2010, they accuse you of threatening them. SFR took over a student storage company in 2018 and now charge outrageous students prices that we cannot afford and trap our storage indefintely by not accepting settlements for items in storage for 6 years which now are not the value of the storage in terms of storage fees outstanding. This company does not follow UK law and should be investigated by Trading Standards and their regulatory body, FCA and FOS.

Superb experience, from the sales consultant down to the crew. Assisted me and explained me of what kind of service should i avail and tailored the best approach to execute the relocation depending on my schedule and other requests. Crews are tidy, work places are clean after they leave, work systematical making them work fast, handled the item delicately, used all necessary materials and tools to protect the item.

I moved my household from Pathankot, India to Italy. It was really an exceptional experience I had with Santa Fe.

The people that l was working with are so kind, this made my experience so great.

all went well from packing to delivery /unpacking despite a very complicated project coping well with last minute changes; very good communication and coordination, great teams on the ground for packing and unpacking! Big thanks to all involved!

Complete disaster - miscommunications, inaccuracies, huge and not customer care. They don't take responsibility for anything.

The movers arrived at our home without previous notice 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Safety concerns, lack of preparation, 0 communications from the moving coordinator.

The delivery date was moved after confirmation -
- Before picking up our belongings they confirmed our delivery date.
- Once they picked up all our belongings
- One day after - they communicated that the delivery date is not possible anymore, and that they don't know when is going to be deliver
- the difference between the confirm delivery date to the date that they actually deliver was 30+ days (we had to buy majority of our stuff in our new place due to this delay)
- also the delivery between 15-30 days is false

When ask for a compensation and proof, they won't do anything, and they will reply their communications 3-5 days after you send emails or calls

The consultant give advice on apartment search also notify us if there is any additional fee that I might have overlooked. The consultant also negotiated the apartment's price to include all in costs without additional on-top costs. So it was all taken care of. The only drawback was the consultant could not find apartment in location that I requested (near the office) and ended up have to settle with a bit further location.

Local Seoul team was excellent

I was satisfied with the communication between the designated relocation agents and my side, receiving valuable guidance regarding my moving in process, the initial arrangements and the inherent procedures while moving into a new culture. Quite experienced local personnel which fitted my requirements.

The team is very professional and polite and the entire experience was hassle free. Special Thank you to Nancy, Muniraj, Srinivas and Kumar for ensuring smooth relocation.

Everything went smooth. Thanks to Raquel, Jose and the rest of the team for their professionalism in all matters.

Move-in team was very kind and helpful. No damages occurred during the operation.
