Communication prior to ordering was excellent with Sam answering all questions fully and helpfully. I have just received my ring which is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. It came packaged with a certificate, leftover ashes and an extra resin ash filled heart shaped trinket which I wasn’t expecting which was a lovely touch. I am overjoyed with my ring and feel comforted that my much loved dog, Honey is close to me at all times. Thank you so much Sam xx

The time came around to be making our 2nd visit to see Sam at Samfire Memorial's. It's so sad that we only see Sam for these sad moments, as she is such a lovely, kind and caring lady.
We lost our amazing Dad & Grandad 2 years ago and she made some beautiful jewellery with his ashes so it only felt right to visit her again when our beautiful Mum & Nan gained her angel wings to join him....
