am comandat cu livrare la easybox la adresa X... coletul a ajuns, dar findca easybox-ul respectiv era aglomerat coletul a fost livrat la un alt easy box, aflat la adresa ... X

God forbid you ever encounter ANY issue, there is literally 0 support, no way to contact anyone and if you do get some half asleep person to pick up they'll just tell you "there's nothing we can do, the system...".
Genuinely the worst shipping company, takes ages, and turns non issues into mountains by having 0 infrastructure. Never use it.

Extremely unprofessional courier service – ignored calls and unilaterally returned parcel

Review:
I used Sameday for a delivery (, expected delivery 08.05.2026), and the experience was unacceptable.
The courier did not show up on the scheduled delivery date, ignored my phone calls, and later promised delivery on the same day, then simply disconnected the phone and did not deliver.

Eventually, Sameday informed me that my parcel was “processed as a return” without my consent or prior notification. They closed the case and told me to contact the sender, shifting all responsibility.

This shows a clear lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect for customers. I will not use Sameday again and advise others to choose a more reliable courier service.

Colet care nu a putut fi ridicat din cauze tehnice din easybox, este preluat a 2-a zi de curier (dupa remedierea defectiunii), ajunge in depozit iar reprezentantii Sameday refuza eliberarea acestuia.

Daca as putea da 0, asta ar fi punctajul meritat de sameday.
Nu este prima experiență proasta cu aceasta firma de curierat. Nu ii prefer si nu ii recomand, atitudinea soferilor este dezgustătoare.
Iti vorbesc cu aroganță si pe un ton incat parca mai au putin si incep sa țipe, un serviciu prost!

Oh-my-God! They have open street points everywhere, but sent my parcel to the point located inside of FastPay that works only short hours, and sent it on the holiday when they were closed! I just wasted my time traveling. I called to the agent and she prolonged it for a few days. But when I came again, the worker had me recall my communist childhood with all the humiliation I went through, with 100 unnecessary questions, and even the proposition to search by myself among other parcels because it's difficult to her. Of course, she threw it on my face at the end without goodbye and I didn't see such an attitude for 30 years. All points should be open space without a "human factor "!!

Am pus o comandă pe SHEIN acum mai bine de 2 săptămâni. M-am tot uitat pe aplicație să văd când îmi ajunge iar până în ziua de azi nu a ajuns.M-am mai uitat azi odată și scria ca eu nu am răspuns la telefon și ca mi au trimis coletul la depozit iar acum este în tranzit de returnare.Eu nu am fost sunată de niciun curier.Daca coletul nu este platit cu cardul nu au bunul simț de a-l aduce? Bătaie de joc pentru clienți. Va rog frumos să explicați toate acestea pentru ca nu este prima dată când Sameday livrează coletele aiurea ori își bat joc de clienți.

Am avut repetate probleme cu același curier din zonă: colete declarate livrate dar nelivrate, aruncate peste gard, ținute în mașină o lună, apeluri ignorate și retururi marcate fals ca „refuzate”. Aceste întârzieri mi-au afectat sănătatea, având nevoie de ochelari medicali. Suportul nu a oferit soluții, iar situația pare a deveni hărțuire. Solicit măsuri și responsabilitate.

Cea mai proasta experienta cu un curierat. Fugiti de ei daca platiti comanda in avans, mai bine platiti la livrare.

Colet distrus de curier atat ambalajul cat si continutul

Au marit preturile dar au sistat serviciul de avizare prin SMS si au redus timpul de ridicare a coletelor. Chiar nu e OK!

I would have went with 0 stars. Only an Ai replies to the customers and does it wrong. But don t worry about it and keep on making money no matter that your reputation goes to sh t.

Cea mai proasta experienta.Coletul intarziat si deteriorat in conditiile in care era specificat ,,FRAGIL"

Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută de curand cu livrarea coletului. Şoferul a vorbit obraznic la telefon şi mi-a închis apelul fără explicații de mai multe ori. A promis intr-un finsl că revine a doua zi cu coletul, dar nu s-a prezentat. A doua zi, după numeroase apeluri, a răspuns tot obraznic, spunând că este în concediu. Comunicarea a fost inexistentă şi lipsită de profesionalism. Nu recomand serviciile acestui curier.

Menționez ,curierii sameday din județul Tulcea sunt foarte prompți ,mereu ajung la timp cu coletele. Lucrez cu sameday de vreo 2 ani . Trimit foarte multe colete inclusiv pe platforma Vinted . Sunt complet mulțumită de ei și de serviciile prestate . Ar merita o mărire de salariu ,pentru ca știu ca nu se lucrează pe bani mulți . Chiar merită .

Together with a Chinese platform = the worst combination ever. If is case of lost/damage your package YOU and only you as receiver must call to see what is the status of the goods, where are the goods, why is in delay, etc.. Nobody cares; they lose your package and no apologies, no compensation, no updated statuses. So, pray that you don't have any lost packages and don't buy items for gifts to avoid any bad surprise.

Horrible experience. I have no idea how they are still in business. No care about the customers at all. One star is one star to much.

What to say, the worst customer service a company can have and a client could face.

Foarte proasta experienta. Dupa doua zile coletul depus la easybox se afla in acelasi oras. S au pierdut programari din cauza lor. Trebuie evitați.
