I am utterly disgusted and shaking with anger/upset. I ordered a £430 king size bed. I have had absolutely no updates on the shop website we’re you are able to track your bed. It’s been on a stand still for more than a week! Contacted and emailed 3 times asking for an update but no reply obviously. I then rang and explained that I needed an update as my living conditions were not suitable and needed an idea of when the bed would be delivered by. The background noise of the phone call was so unpleasant but it got worse. He stated that the men who were delivering it had tried getting hold of me the night before. But I explained that they had rang of a no caller id, and I missed it and couldn’t ring back due to them having no contact. He says it should be delivered between 5-7. So at 5 o’clock I hear my door being bashed on and my doorbell spammed. Was rang five times. I open the door to not even a hello back just “I have been knocking and waiting here for about half an hour” I said well if I can hear you knocking now I should of been able to hear you before. (You can hear a pin drop as there’s not even carpet in my property yet). He then says “and your phone number is out of touch” and I reply back saying well it wasn’t yesterday and I was not able to ring you back as you had no id on your contact. I’m now ignored. At this point I just let them crack on. My bed is now dumped at the bottom of the stairs jamming the door. No consideration or sympathy as just a girl knowing I’ve got to carry it up a set of stairs. He then says before he leaves “if you had put on a request then we would bring it up but as you haven't we can’t”. Honestly I will never ever recommend such a bad business to anyone and nor will I be ordering again!!!!!

Bought a super king bed with tall headboard and storage from Sam beds. I saved around £250 cheaper here than other sites so wasn't sure of the quality. Bed arrived after about a week. Was easy to assemble and very impressed with the quality. Recommended company .

The bed is lovely and brilliant price
Delivery was late

Bed was very nice, unfortunately nowhere near enough slats, they have huge gaps between them and the mattress is falling between the gaps. Contacted and was told ten is enough for the bed I sent a photo with the huge gaps. Was offered two more will be sent out free if I pay postage I said ok but then didn't hear anymore. Messaged again asking if I can purchase some more but no response. Now I'm at a loss what to do, scared to sleep on bed due to lack of support does not feel secure at all but not happy to pay loads for new slats when already spent hundreds on a new bed. Not happy

quick delivery, bed was absolutely immaculate and exactly what was on the picture, slats were a bit tight fitting into the bed but eventually got them in all in all 10/10 would definitely recommend

Delivered on time polite

I bought a beautiful full length, plush headboard. The price was really low so I was a bit apprehensive, but it looks exactly like the picture. Well made and delivery was really quick. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you for a great service.

Fantastic range of beds. One of the few companies that does split headboards, which we needed to be able to get it into the loft space. Great quality, super comfortable and really well made.
Hats off to the delivery man, who single handedly carried all the heavy parts of the bed in for me. A genuinely lovely and caring guy.

Very good quality beds and unbeatable prices.
Had some issues putting up the bed but they went above and beyond to sorting the issue out asap.
Would recommend this company if you’re looking to buy a good bed that will last.

Delivery too too long and in the end didnt get delivered by yourselfs

I have been promised delivery for the last 2-3 weeks I still haven't received the bed I had the couriers on my phone saying they couldn't deliver the bed they were 'tired'. when it did finally come they wouldn't bring it up to my flat and I'm a single mother I couldn't carry it up so I requested a refund they begged for another chance to deliver instead of a refund promising they would Bring It up this time and the driver cancelled 20 minutes before delivery slot. I still have no bed and no refund either. I've had to dispute this with the bank. because the company are just ignoring me now.

⭐ 1/5 – Unacceptable Quality and Infestation
I am extremely disappointed with the bed I purchased. The headboard arrived infested with bed bugs, which required me to pay £500 for professional treatment. According to pest control experts, this was not caused by me—it came from the factory or during transit. The infestation was only in the wooden parts, not the mattress, which is very unusual.

This is completely unacceptable for a brand claiming to sell quality products. I expect a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be sharing my experience widely on social media, including TikTok and Facebook, to warn other customers.

I love my bed can not fault them I had great communication from them

Lovely bed easy to put together had a slight problem with 1 of the gas struts but they responded straight away and sorted it.

Was kept informed from ordering to delivery

Delivery was a day early and the delivery persons were most helpful as they carried everything upstairs. Would recommend them.

The bed company is great order the bed On a Friday and got it by Tuesday
