I love dealing with Olga she is so friendly and helpful. The other SC staff are also amazing and they offer great training for various courses that have assisted me develop my skills. Also they have a wide range of products.

Fast efficient expedited shipping to Canada for a product I can’t get here, that I’ve loved for many years! I’m very pleased I can still get this hair straightener from you! I’ve tried others and still always revert back to using my old faithful straightener and glad I can still order more for a back up when mine bites the dust!

Failure to contact and discuss alternatives.
Advertized and accepted order for product they did not have in stock. Sent message they reduced order by 66.67% but still wanted full shipping fee. The reason i ordered multiple quantity was to amortize shipping costs .

We did email as soon as we received your order to advise that this item was discontinued and we only had one unit remaining that we could supply. We also immediately provided a refund for the missing items. Our shipping fee is a flat rate which does not change whether one item or multiple are purchased in a single order.
