Bad experience. I have been billed a 2nd time without services rendered. We had an onboarding delay due to me needing to acquire 3rd party software and poor communications. We were not supposed to be billed a 2nd time until we were live. When I asked to see the contract terms to decide what I want to do next, they decided to bill again I guess to beat me to the punch of disputing the first bill. I do not recommend them.

I was struggling with getting a good closer. I tried several people on my own. It never worked out. First person I hired didn't show up to work. Another person I hired didn't close anything. 3rd person didn't close anything, only lasted 4 weeks and blamed my process (I was closing by the way).
