Sailflags Omdömen

Great customer service and product quality

It was great to have some burgee flags made to a custom design. They have come out really well with bold detail and a perfect colour match to the original sketches that were sent in to Sailflags.

Fast Reliable, very prompt, Great knowledge of best sign for your event/advertising

The team were responsive and also made helpful suggestions to the design.

Items arrived in time.

The test will be in use.

Excellent customer service, really helpful with ideas to improve the design and quick turnaround and delivery.

Have used Sailflags a couple of times now and they are always very attentive and deliver on time every time. Have recommended to others and would do so again.

Extremely pleased with the service and flag received from Sailflags, in my opinion it is second to none! I was attracted to them because I'm not a designer and they offered a free design service as part of the package. The flag has multiple colours and shapes, the flag is exactly as I wanted and a vastly superior quality flag when compared with other. A very friendly team. Highly recommended.

Great from start to finish. They were so helpful with the design and very quick to respond to my enquiries. I would very much recommend.

We are a repeat customer of Sailflags, and they are the first choice for all of our businesses. The service and quality is second to none, and their advice on product and design is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any business looking for effective and long-lasting branding.

Extremely friendly service with a quick turn around. I needed these flags quickly for the National Young Traders Final and Sailflags made me them in very short notice. Great service and a great quality product. I will definitely purchase from this business again. Thank you.

This is a recycled, long-lasting product that is well-made. Communication with the company was excellent, and everything was done exactly to order, slightly sooner than agreed. The banner was made to custom measurements - not all companies offer this. Overall, good value for a quality product.

Great design service. Patient with our continual changes

Easy online ordering and free proofs via email was great and expect to receive flags in a few days.

We approached Sail Flags needing a turn around of 3 days and they were so helpful throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations, we got the flags on time and they look amazing! The team are all so lovely. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Mark was so accommodating to our requested changes, I couldn't recommend them more!

Really helpful and friendly customer service through the process of deciding which kind of teardrop sailflag we wanted, and then the colour and format of lettering to go on it. They ensured the sailflag was delivered in time for when needed, and we're pleased with it. Also impressed with the environmentally friendly aspect of the sailflag and packaging, and the useful little video re assembly.

I bought 2 sailflags. I only had to send a picture of the design I wanted and the artwork was done for me. Very easy to erect and dismantle and with the exception of the water filled bases, it all fits easily into one bag including the spikes. The bag is light and easy to carry around and there is no hassle repacking. Response to queries was very prompt and I particularly like that all fabrics are made from recycled materials.

Genuinely amazing customer service. I was unsure exactly what I wanted (size and design) the team were so quick to help answer my questions and provided decent answers. Very polite & helpful. The flag has arrived and I couldn't be happier.

We had an urgent requirement for a 3.4m feather flag for a show. I spoke to Debbie who was excellent, there normal turnaround wasn't going to be quick enough but Debbie said she will see what is possible. I ordered on Monday and received the completed flag on Thursday ready for the show on Friday...... The product was well made, excellent colour matching and worked really well with a double side print. Great customer facing company with the right attitude.

Very nice company to deal with and considering they are made to order delivery was quick. The flags look fantastic and we will be out and about with them at events this summer.
