Sailflags Omdömen

Sailflags have been a total joy to deal with right from the off, they helped with the design of my sailflag, held my hand through the process and delivered the sailflag quickly.

This was the first time I had personally used Sailflags and I was impressed. They are totally 'on it' and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer support and very fast response time to new and existing orders. Great quality of their banners and flags, which are made from sustainable materials - a great bonus!

Just brilliant. Great service

Fantastic and speedy response to my enquiry, very quick turnaround on designs and prompt deliver.
The sailflags are exactly as requested

Very smooth transaction

Process was easier than I thought it would be, staff very helpful , just awaiting for the flags to arrive.
Overall, happy the the service and the competitive price

Great service from start to finish - quality product would highly recommend.

The customer care was outstanding from start to finish - responding quickly and effectively. They were a pleasure to communicate with.
My flag arrived promptly and I’m over the moon with it - great quality and as described.
I’ve already seen an increase in my footfall...
I love that the flag Material/stitching can be repaired for free too - what a great idea!

Cannot fault them, quality of our banner and flag were perfect and they did exactly what they promised. Shame their courier company tried to ruin the experience, but even their problem solving was easy and straightforward. Will use again!

Friendly, quick to respond, understood our goals and modified proofs without delay. Great quality product and quick delivery. Will use again!

I ordered 4 teardrop flags for use by a club that I belong to. Mark at Sailflags was very helpful at providing several quotes for various options. Sailflags also made the design using an idea that I provided, at no additional cost, and made changes as requested. The final flags are very good quality, and have met all the requirements that I asked for. I compared prices from several companies before placing an order - other companies might have a lower headline price but when comparing like for like, including artwork production, Sailflags came out as the best value.

Unbelievable service from these guys. Don't look anywhere else for flags, these guys are the best.
What more can I say !!

The people at Sailflags were so helpful, they talked me through what was needed and offered helpful solutions. The ordering process was simple and our flag arrived within a few days. It looks great and will help promote our school when out at events. Highly recommend.

This company keeps on giving a great service to it's clients/customers. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery I was impressed with the help and attention to detail.
I have used them several times before and always delighted with them.
Well done indeed

quick, efficient lookes great

Have been ordering from Sailflags for over a year - extremely quick, professional service and very pleased with our flags!

Good product, made and delivered quickly.
Very responsive team, and very happy with the design and print quality.

Can't fault the service.
Found sailflags.co.uk via an online search, and decided on a design that I wanted (I did the design myself & sent a PDF), and probably within an hour had a proof back together with another idea.
Ok'd the proof (My original design, sorry to the designer of the 2nd idea - I didn't like that one) and then I think it was less than a week and it arrived.
Quality is excellent and it does exactly what I wanted it to do.
Thanks sailflags.co.uk

Always a pleasure to speak to mark. Ordered new parts for my flag and always arrives within 24hrs to us in Stockport. *****
