ULTIMATE disappointment
I would highly NOT recommend this company, I paid for a new Lowrance elite 7 FS all season package on November 26th.
I have already been long charged, asked how my experience was (which is currently absolutely horrible) with no follow up to this problem.
I have not received my product.
On top of that, I have emailed both the carrier and SAIL about said product, and no one can tell me where it is, they have sent me one email to inform me they are "looking into it," now over two days ago.
On top of all this, no one has even apologized, or acknowledged how incredibly frustrating this is.
This customer service is horrible, and now I am currently just waiting for a $1400 product that appears to may or may not come, and stuck with the bill.
**Update they have confirmed they have lost my package. However still NO sorry, or accountability on their behalf. Just a "thanks for your patience" which I must add, I have clearly communicated in emails, I have lost my paitence a long time ago.
They stated they will give me a refund but due to high volume they'll get to it, when they get to it?!?!
They must really hate customers, and their job since they seem so bothered by a customer who just tried purchasing an item for the first time worth over $1000.
If I could give a company negative stars, this is by far the first company I have ever expressed so much disgust and anger towards. I wish I read these reviews sooner so I knew to stay away.

Have no real complaints except the delivery time. Took 10 days to get my order but everything is in good condition.
NO REAL PRICE MATCH POLICY!
I purchased a pair of SWIX pants understanding that there was a price match policy should they go on sale. In less than 1 week they are on Sail for 19% less at SAIL. Wonderful news? NO! SSIL requires that one physically return to a store to return / re-purchase. I live 2-3 hours away from a SAIL store. BUYER BEWARE THETE IS MOT A REAL PRICE MATCH POLICY EVEN FOR THEIR OWN STORES!
Stealing people's money
I bought a sweater supposedly made from Fjallraven from this store. I say supposedly because just from hand washing the sweater once carefully and placing it on a hanger, there are now two holes in the sweater, likely from the hanger. Not sure how washing and putting on a hanger is supposed to damage a sweater.
I bought the sweater in the summer planning to wear it in the fall. I just opened the package today. Of course, it's now beyond their 45-day return period.
Somebody stole $200 from me, whether it's Fjallraven or Sail I don't know. Last time I checked, theft is a crime and I'm not sure how people can get away with this. Absolutely disgusting and if it's Fjallraven that's garbage, they ought to stop selling it.

was there last night, as I wanted to buy a baitcaster. The grumpy ol' boomer they had working the dept. walked by me several times until I asked him myself, I was met with a salty attitude. he said they did not have the reel which was in stock online, this isn't the first time this has happened either. I just rolled my eye's and went over to check another fishing item, I thought I over heard him say he found the reel, but by that time he could've stuck it where the sun doesn't shine! if it wasn't so close and convenient this place would've gone the way of the DODO bird!

Gave them 1 star because there is no 0 star selection. Called their Fishing Dept. for information, most of the time there was no one answer. Happened couple times that there were someone pick up the phone, before I said anything, the staff told me to call back after 5:30 p.m. because he was too busy. No wonder they have to close couple stores in Ontario.
I ordered the Pelican Case online
I ordered the Pelican Case online last Jan 14 they confirmed and acknowledged my payment at the same day, and now more than 2 weeks past I’m still waiting the item. I emailed the SAIL customer service 5 to 7 times to follow up but no response from them.
I phoned their forwarder “Nationex” to trace the parcel, according to the lady she will update me by email within 2 days as she has no clue where is my parcel is (duh!).
Both of these company are horrible to deal with. I will not purchase anything from Sail again.
They must hate customers
Awful customer service. They have no phone number on their website and rely on you to fill out a form where they will "get back to you."
I never received my order. I contacted Sail at least 6 times via their website customer service form and no one got back to me. I went to their facebook page, and they told me to go back to their website form and they couldn't help. After over 2 weeks of first raising my issue, and no response, I sent a formal notice through registered mail and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
It took Sail 4 weeks to get back to me from when I first tried to contact them. Entirely unacceptable, especially when you place a delivery and are left in limbo about where your articles are and have the money taken from your account. No accountability from Sail on their customer service issues.
A formal complaint was filed to the OPC and hopefully they open an investigation into this horrible company. A company that uses a form cares little about their customer service and has implemented it to reduce as much cost as humanly possible.

Their carrier Nationex has slowest delivery possible. Same story as some other stories in this thread: ordered on Dec 18th, shipped on Dec 20th, no updates for two weeks since Dec 21st
Contempt for customers.
A deeply crap site, with worse customer service. They offered me a coupon, withdrew it, offered it again, and then wouldn’t let me apply it. When I inquired, they just autogenerated a message. In the past, I ordered something from them, and they sent me a second-hand one! It was ski skin spray, for crying out loud! I complained, and they autogenerated a meaningless message. Worthless.
Ordered a Jacket online
Ordered a Jacket online, Nov. 26 (Black Friday) received an email that day saying my order has shipped and is on the way (WOW! amazing). that was two weeks ago and I have still not received it. They use Nationex as a carrier and a quick google search shows a rating of 2.1. Not sure why they would use a carrier with such a bad reputation. Side note - I phoned Nationex, and after waiting 37mins to talk to someone, I get an extermly rude customer service rep, that gave me no answer other than high volume as the reason for the delay, and hung up on me when I tried to ask a follow up question (P.s - I was being very nice). I get delays for high volume, but this is ridiculous, no other companies or carriers are experiencing this kind of delay.
What really makes me mad is, I was going to order the jacket from North Face directly, but I thought why not use Sail and support a Canadian company. That was big mistake! I'm sure North Face would have delivered the jacket by now.
I have learned my lesson and will not purchase anything from Sail again. Also Sail don't leave me the message to email or info at sail, I have been emailing it, and have not received any help or answers. I just wanted my jacket in a reasonable time frame.
Update: I just received an email from Sail asking me to submit a review of the jacket!! I haven't even received it yet. What a joke! hahah
Terrible stock and selection.
This store is by far the worst store for fishing supplies. Why they can’t have any stock on almost anything is beyond me. Even local private shops have 10!times the stock and selection. Won’t shop there ever again
This is a company you can trust
This is a company you can trust. They offer good product at reasonable price. Customer service is good. I had a question about a product and they where quick to help. I will buy again.
