Phone answered quickly by a real person in England on a real phone. Very competent and polite, helpful and knowledgeable. And nice. Really felt like she cared. TBH I thought I'd stepped into a time machine, it was if the last 25 years of terrible service experiences hadn't happened. An object lesson in doing the important thing right, even if its a bit more expensive, paying dividends. I would have to get a MUCH higher rate of interest to even consider a switch.

Saffron's customer service is always excellent. Lyn from the Halstead branch dealt with my question and found a solution. She was friendly and efficient -- as the customer service always is.

So good to be able t go into the branch and talk to someone so knowledgeable and helpful . I can cope with all the online stuff but it is just so refreshing to be able to meet face to face with a professional human and have a meeting in which you can have a broad ranging discussion and come up with the right options

We transferred an ISA to Saffron because they were offering a very competitive rate. There was a delay in the transfer being completed due to an error at Saffron's end, but the reason I'm still giving a very positive review is the people I spoke to on the phone did a brilliant job of sorting it out - they kept us informed throughout the process and were always clear and friendly in their communications. I've come to Trustpilot in the past due to bad experiences and wanted to share this one as an example of customer service done right!

I've experienced quite a few issues with the Saffron BS app. I've always stated that Saffron BS have the best customer service when you call them. I've never waited longer than a few minutes before I'm connected to an Agent, and this occasion was no different.

I spoke with Kyle Stanway, who, on first impression, was friendly and welcoming. Although the is was resolved without intervention, Kyle suggested I switch my savings accounts to a higher interest rate, which he would do from his end. Within 30 minutes, this was done! I am dealing with my mothers estate. She loved Saffron Brentwood because the staff are so friendly. They have been super supportive of me including a cheerful hello or recognition when I arrive in branch. They have gone above and beyond and I cant recomend them highly enough.... their interest rates and air conditioning are pretty good too!
