Exceptional Customer Support from Start to Finish
Overall, my experience with PayEscape has been very positive. Like any payroll system, it had its ups and downs, but it always did what we needed it to do and supported our payroll processes effectively.
What really sets PayEscape apart is the exceptional customer service. Our Payroll Consultant, Charlotte McLeod, has been outstanding throughout. She is incredibly knowledgeable, always took the time to explain processes clearly, responded promptly to any queries, and consistently kept us updated. She is genuinely one of the best payroll consultants I have ever worked with and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The wider PayEscape team have been just as impressive. Every consultant we interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. No matter who we spoke to, we received clear guidance and excellent support, which made managing payroll so much easier.

The actual site is good, if you can log in at all...
I need to access payslips from a previous employer, and I can get halfway through the login, until it asks for a one time passcode which never comes through. I called to ask why this is happening, and they said they can't help me as I am not the employer. So I can't access my own documents due to a technical issue on their side. This is making it very difficult to get my new employment signed off.

If you're still experiencing issues with the one-time passcode, we'd recommend contacting your previous employer, who can work with us to verify your details and help restore access. If they reach out to our support team, we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I've been using PayEscape for the past 18 months and have consistently found their service to be excellent.
The payroll consultants are knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to help. Whilst PayEscape provides plenty of support materials and self-service resources, what really sets them apart is the personal service.
A special mention must go to Terri Kelly, who has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her patience, professionalism and willingness to help have made a real difference during my time using the system. Terri is a real credit to PayEscape, and I can't thank her enough for all of her support.

Great service on Pensions set up
Donna provided consistent communication on the set up of a new pension scheme we required. She helped with said set up and a few other adjustments in time for our monthly payroll.
