The dentist suni as made me feel very comfortable and at ease ,he was very considerate and nothing was to much trouble for him and took take great care in fitting the inserts of my implants,also contacted me in the following weeks to check I was doing ok

I was treated well by my dentist Mr Sunhil and my treatment manager Jeenal. They were both attentive and gave me updates regarding my implant journey. Whenever I needed confirmation about a particular process they were willing to speak to me and clarify any concerns. Now that the process is completed i am very pleased with the results.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. All of the members of staff I have dealt with throughout the process have been friendly, professional and helpful, and I have been very happy with the treatment and the replacement of my tooth.
The only area I feel could be improved is the communication around the timeline and appointment schedule. It would be helpful to have a clear treatment plan from the outset, outlining what will happen at the first appointment, what to expect at the following appointments, and the approximate timescales involved. Having the next appointment and the planned stage of treatment clearly set out would make the process easier to understand and follow.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the service and the staff, and this would simply be a suggestion to make an already good experience even clearer for patients.

I went to safe smile for 1 implant the procedure was done at st pauls dentist in bristol. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived but honestly there isnt enough words I can express how amazing the owner, and her staff where. I was made to feel like royalty. I drove 4 1/2 hours and I was really nervous. I had only met one member of staff over teams but when I arrived they put me at ease straightaway and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was 5☆ and more. They also called me the following day after my procedure which was a Saturday to ask how I was getting on and then again on the monday.
I dont usually put reviews on but I do need to express how amazing they are and if anyone is considering it then please do. Thank you again for all you have done.
