Safesmart have offered great support helping to answer any queries I have navigating around Smartlog

we have been using the service for over two years, we did have a few teething problems at the start of the contract. however the team at the central office soon sorted them for us.
the schools in our Trust find the training portal of great help and a great cost saving to the school.

Very positive experience with Safesmart and there is always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone if you have any queries.

A great system that has helped raise health and safety awareness within our organization. We have worked with Safesmart for a few years and they are always receptive to suggested improvements and accommodating when minor tweaks are suggested/requested.

We have merged with a College who already used Smartlog and so adopted it. Find it really good to use for compliance training, risk assessments, work place inspections and storage of all Health and Safety related paperwork/policies/factsheets etc.
The Smartlog team are very helpful with set up.
The set up and continuing admin does take some time but once set up it does look after itself and like many things if you set it up correctly in the first instance it is worth the time getting it right.

I've been using Smartlog now for approx. 5 yrs with both V4 and now V5. I used V4 in a Primary School environment, however I'm now using V5 to manage the H&S in a Grade 1 listed Scheduled Monument. It has enable me to create a robust H&S system where there was none previously, well worth the money! The support that Safesmart provide is also brilliant, nothing is to trivial for them to deal with. Thank you to all the team that I deal with.

We use this system for a number of different purposes, the only element that really works is the online induction.

Safesmart are an excellent company to work with. Our College has been using the Smartlog safety management system for around 18 months and it has transformed the way that we have been able to manager health & safety in our workplace. From the outset we have had top quality support from Smartlog. We were allocated a specific account manager (Leigh) who is always helpful and responsive to any difficulties we have. I would recommend Smartlog to anyone who is looking for a user friendly online safety management system at an affordable price.

It is a great empowering and enlightening Application on line with a humane purpose.
It is very useful for all diverse roles in the complex world of activities !

One thing which can be improved is about the reassuring dynamic message that the progress is saved upto the minute of work , study and online test- Show how much more is remaining and what is remaining. You can also add a button to Save & Continue later, etc,.
Might be already working in these lines, but it must be shown and communicated positively without any body's guessing worries !
Overall very useful for these busy times !

Excellent support from help desk. Generally a useful tool. I would like an easier method of printing out records. Also, if I am asked who has completed a particular training program, a simpler method of interrogating and printing from the system would be helpful.

My experience with Safesmart has always been good - I have found them efficient, friendly and helpful.

Brilliant, does everything I would want it to do. Takes time setting up but it's dead easy and logical. Like most things what you get out of it depends on what y6put in. But the e-learning alone saves three times the licence fee in traditional training courses.

Really pleased with Safesmart it is an easy system that helps us to keep our staff up to date on training, there is also good support. I would recommend it to anyone.
