Damian came out to do repair on my stairlift. Was such a courteous engineer even with all the kids being nosey he was so professional the kids sat and watched him work and was so intrigued as he explained what he was doing while still carrying out the work, might even have a couple of future engineers because of him. Jack was brilliant and sorted the original issue with the stairlift. Main office was responsive and helpul in arranging the work.

Excellant helpful nd committed service throughout right from the initial enquiry, only to willing to work around our schedule, through to the visit of the engineer who kept me of updated on his arrival time and then did an excellant job servicing my mum's stair lift. Pleasure to do business with this company and can fully recommend them.

I can’t recommend this company enough as there services was excellent from the staff that answered the phone who was extremely helpful and polite to the engineer that came to my property on an outta hour urgent appointment who took great care in getting my stairlift fixed, he was very thorough, informative and polite. He made me feel at ease knowing that I’d got the right company for the job and with reasonable prices! I will 100% go back to this company in the near future!

Double D’s installed the new lift and it’s a big improvement from the last one. Happy with the work. Clean and tidy and neat. On time and on schedule.

Had a servicing appointment today for my stair lift and he went above and beyond his job to help out respectful and friendly as-well
He gave me the opportunity to talk and explain he understood me and made sure I understood him he fixed the stair lift and booked for a re-assessment as he’s noticed my needs have changed and the safety on the stairlift aswell
He also talked to all of us in the household and not at us he understood our disabilities and just made it feel ok

The dedication shown by these gentlemen was unbelievable, never took a break and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in full working order, I couldn’t be more happy and grateful for all they’ve done.

We contacted E&M lifts after a fault occurred on our stairlift. A lovely engineer came out to us and fixed the problem. We would highly recommend this company. Nice and local too. Thank you.

We use E&M Lifts every year for a service for my mums stairlift. The engineers are so polite, friendly and professional and I could not recommend them enough.

Darren came to measure for the stair lift and gave me some advice and took into consideration things that I hadn’t thought of. The stair lift was fitted within 10 days which had surprised me as other companies had quoted a longer time. They cleaned up after the lift was fitted, and ran through all the instructions with. I cannot recommend E and M highly enough, excellent work, quick and very polite.

En m lifts limited they charge a call out charge of £225 before they even enter the house but the fitter could not fix the stairlift himself kept stopping but did what he could with what he got in van so he left and spoke to his manager and charged us again another £170 then the manager came to with another guy and they got it working for a bit my partner went upstairs on the stairlift it was working yeah yeah it works so our builder tried it but then after that it stopped working again and hasn't worked since but then charged us £500 pounds for but have had no response since this is extortionate they are scammers please do not use this company they will scam u before they even look at u please do not use

Amazing service when stairlift suddenly stopped, nice gentleman came out and spent a considerable time trying to trace the issue. Turned out to be a cut out switch that was generally inaccessible and managed to restart it. He then went on to test and service the lift as well as grease the rails. Definitely went above and beyond. And charged me a very fair rate. Even tidied up some loose wires left hanging by a previous well known company. Will definitely recommend them.

Very poor service discussed and appalling I put a call out last Monday. Engineer came the next morning changed some parts went to go to bed. Stairlift did not work. Another engineer came out dappled about got up to bed . Came down on Wednesday morning lift stopped 2 feet up from the ground anyway same engineer came back and turned lift off leaving me stranded downstairs. To cut a long story short I was told the part would take 4 days to order the Rollers I was waited 8 day's for Rollers to be fitted stuck in my bedroom in the very hot weather. As to why this was not made Urgent ASAP surely you have a code of conduct why these parts was not put on order for a 24/48 hour emergency delivery. The engineer from kudas lift company that fitted the Rollers was professional unlike the E&M service I received.

Reval CC have been working with E&M Lifts for over 5 years as a supplier and a customer. They are second to none when it comes to technical capability and communication. I have lost count of the times they have gone above and beyond what is expected of a maintenance company. They genuinely
