Very thorough explanations given, and suggestions given for possible improvements to our current procedures, which prompted discussions in the group, which led to further discussions in a separate fire marshal meeting.

I would recommend using Safe I.S.Ltd
The booking process was straight forward and informative.
The trainer was punctual, friendly, enthusiastic and informative with the course being made relevant to our premises and staff being able to get hands on with the fire extinguisher.
We had positive feed back from staff members after the course.

The instructor came to deliver fire warden training. He made the training interesting. He was knowledgeable and happy to share experiences and views with attendees.

Professional & good value Fire Risk Assessment
I found the service from Safe IS Ltd very professional and good value for our block of 27 flats. The Fire Risk Assessor was punctual, very helpful answering my many questions and I received the report a couple of days later.

The instructor was a former firefighter and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to confidently answer any question at all which we gave him. This was a five star experience.
