Sent our invoices to an incorrect email address - never once picked up the phone to ask why we weren't paying?! Once we discovered they hadn't been paid they passed us straight to a debt company that continuously harass you even though you've set up a 3 month payment plan.

Stephen is great comes to service our site in Cardiff first thing in the morning to minimise disruption to our site he is polite, efficient and extremely thorough with the cleaning of the sanitary bins an absolute pleasure thanks for the superb service from both Stephen and safeguard I would highly recommend

Steve comes to site to service our washroom facilities sanitary bins and air fresheners he contacts the day before arrival and comes early which is extremely for helpful as the footfall within our building at this time is extremely low would highly recommend steve d and safeguard for there services
