I found Jas Hayre to be very friendly and helpful, and dealt with my buildings and contents insurance in a very professional manner. He took time explain all the options which made decision making simpler and easier.

I use Safe & Secure every year to get the best deal on home insurance, we've been using them 11 years now. It's a win-win because I don't have to spend time on comparisons, but it doesn't cost me anything and I know I'm getting the best deal. I also appreciate that Safe & Secure call me (rather than me calling them) if they find a better deal at renewal time.

Hayley G was very helpful with this year's renewal, finding us a cheaper deal and handling the switch over. She answered our questions and explained everything well, and took time to check that all our details were correct. Only took about 15 minutes, and now that's another thing checked off the list for another year!

I’m not usually one for writing reviews but I’ve used safe and secure in one capacity or another for over 15 years now and I suppose they deserve the credit they’re due!
I used them for my first home 15 years ago and since then have used them for my rental portfolios as well.
They’ve always been amazing and so easy to deal with.
This latest time in particular I had a look on a comparison website before calling but after a 10 minute call with the lovely Sam, I was insured for 50% of my lowest quote on the other site. I’ve been very happy with our business over the years and am happy to recommend them with my full confidence.
