Adam and his team at Safe Collections were quite efficient and highly professional. They sorted out everything to my satisfaction and managed to recover all my dues from a company in Spain in a timely manner.

I phoned Safe Collections for some guidance about pursuing an unpaid invoice. I spoke to Adam Home who spent some considerable time discussing the situation. Even though he was unable to take my case as I had already exhausted the routes he would normally take, he offered some further options I could consider. He was helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone in the unfortunate position of being owed money they can't recover to contact them.

Would 100% recommend Safe Collections. Breath of fresh air dealing with a legitimate, honest, reliable and efficient company. I don't often leave reviews, but credit where it's due, luckily I have never had to use a debt collection agency before so really was not sure how they worked and was a bit nervous tbh. From the first phone call to the subsequent emails it was a straight forward process, simple language no sales jargon. With our case they were thankfully successful, however if they had been unsuccessful I would still leave a five star review just for the straight forward and efficient service.

I am the person designated in the office to chase unpaid invoices, and am normally quite successful, but I had really met my match with a French company (we are based in the UK). After over a year of being told that they'd paid already and/or would look into it (messing around basically), they stopped replying altogether. I contacted Safe Collections who were very straight from the beginning about the costs and the procedure, and once i'd agreed to their terms they unleashed a Frenchman who was very impressive in not taking no for an answer!! Within a few days they managed to get a reply from the owner. There had actually been a genuine mix up but he could have told me beforehand and saved all the messing around! I received the money shortly afterwards and were thoroughly satisfied. For them to succeed was really impressive - i would be happy to use their services again (although i dearly hope that won't be necessary)

I had a problem with an unpaid invoice. I contacted Safe Collections, the adviser reviewed my contract with the client that had not paid the invoice and provided me with advice on what steps I should take. The adviser was really helpful and showed they cared about helping me resolve the problem. I followed the advice given and was able to recover the full invoice amount at absolutely no cost. I am delighted with the results and would recommend Safe Collections any day. Without Safe Collections advice, I would not have had this unpaid invoice resolved quickly!

Advised to just get the partial invoice paid and get away from the toxic client, didn't charge me anything and just suggested that if I wanted to contribute to a Foodbank that's always welcome (which perfectly reflects the kind of business and people you are dealing with here).
