Although I ended up not using this service (absolutely not their fault), I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is having an issue with UK clients, even if you are from outside of the UK (I'm from Japan). Safe Collections were great to deal with, very reasonable and ultimately, secured my money from a bad debtor.

We are fortunate that we don't often need to resort to using collection agencies, literally only twice in the last 8 years.
