It is rare to find such a good Estate Agent. All the staff at the Slaithwaite branch, including Nichola Wain, Laura Watts, Leanne, Martha and Kim were fantastic. I appreciated how helpful they were, especially Nichola who rang me every week for regular updates and was patient throughout. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job of the photos too.

Communication at the beginning was great, however this wasn’t great towards the end and felt we had to chase everything, also sent a message once completed which was not passed onto the buyers.

We found a home we wanted to purchase by accident and as such needed to move quickly and get ours on sale. We chose Ryder and Dutton and within a couple of days we met with Leanne for our valuation and we were on the market at a price we were very happy with. The valuation process itself was very informative and in no way pressured or rushed. We were on the market within days and the photos and marketing were really good! Once on the market we were under the care of Martha who understanding our needs, quickly got us plenty viewings and an offer within 2 1/2 weeks FOR FULL ASKING price.
