I honestly don't like change, so moving house is difficult for me. Having to move house in a very short time window even more so. I cannot thank Fiza and Emma enough for supporting me through it - Fiza was always there to answer any questions right from the point of interest to the finalisation of the tenancy and was always lovely about my flustering. Emma was equally thoughtful, making sure I knew how the slightly unusual lock worked at the key handover and arranging for a second access gate fob. The other staff were also lovely and reassuring whenever i needed to ring the office and the little moving in treat box was an unexpected touch. Really very good customer service from all concerned.

From the viewing to getting the keys, the process was a dream. Was left to look around the property and no question was left unanswered. The process of applying and then supplying all relevant information was really easy with the platform used by Ryder and Dutton. Fiza who was helping us was so so helpful.
