Staff at the Holmfirth branch were very helpful and honest about the sale of my property. The Branch Coordinator, Fiona, in particular, did her utmost to deal with demanding problems that arose before the completion date. She deserves a medal, a lovely person.

Amazing service from day one when I met with Catherine to value our house, 3 months later when I rushed Catherine to put it on the market because we had now spotted our dream home, and throughout a very nasty partial transaction (thanks Simon Blyth (crooks!)), Fiona held our hand throughout the whole process and acted with such professionalism and kindness, she really did make me feel like we had chosen the right Estate Agent to go with. I don’t think I would have got that level of service anywhere else. Although we didn’t end up getting our, then, “dream home” (through no fault of our own - Crook, Simon Blyth), we did find another house to pursue and Fiona again came into her own and kept our chain upto date and happy so they would wait for us to start another conveyancing process.
