We have sold and bought our last two properties through Ryder & Dutton and contact with the Firm goes back many years. Looking at our most recent sale, from the very first contact with Catherine to discuss our plans, we have been very happy. Everything the team said they would do has been done, plus more. It has been clear their network of potential purchasers is wide and evidenced by the fact we had a viewing leading to a credible offer on the first day the property was placed on the market. It has not been an easy transaction with several curve balls introduced by our lower chain; however, Fiona has been magnificent and been there to ensure the transaction has progressed and equally important to support us and provide counselling along the way – we are not sure our sanity would’ve been maintained without her. The support provided has more than fully justified their very reasonable fee – we have also worked with recommended partners (Ramsdens Solicitors -Holmfirth & Pollards Moving & Storage) who in turn have provided an excellent service. We cannot recommend Catherine, Fiona and the rest of the Holmfirth team highly enough.
