I recently had the opportunity to work with RWK Goodman on an industrial injury claim for my late father. Our dedicated solicitor, Rachel Hicks, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout the process.

We used RWK goodman as our conveyancer and were not happy with there slow replies and multiple mistakes, it was common for them to reply days later often on a Friday so you couldn't respond and would then have to wait another week for information, distinct lack of updates and multiple mistakes throughout process.

I used this company for a simple deed of release. They tried to charge additional and excessive fees throughout after winning the initial business. I documented my complaints about Angela Gregson at every stage and they never accepted any responsibility whatsoever. They were unapproachable, unhelpful and slow at all stages. Our whole deal fell apart due to RWK’s handling of the situation. Now having to complain via the legal ombudsmen that significant time and cost.
