Very very poor. I have used this firm a number of times and have always been very happy with them. This penultimate occasion has been quite dreadful. I, my brother and my new solicitor have been treated as if we were idiots. We have been repeatedly ignored on many occasions for over a year. It is only when I have stamped my feet, again repeatedly, to Senior Partners, that any dialogue has occurred. Obviously I will not be using this firm again, hence the new solicitor.

Richard's help was invaluable in supporting me in a dispute with an insurance company in relation to an income protection claim that had been unfairly rejected. Following review of over 500 pages of correspondence between myself and the insurer, Richard was able to hone in on the key points that needed to be raised with the insurer, which ultimately helped achieve the fantastic outcome of getting the claim rejection overturned.
