Rutland Self Store is Simply First Class. The containers are in perfect (like new) condition.
The site is extremely well managed and incredibly tidy and orderly.
Access is simple, quick and easy 24/7 and if there should be an issue (once in 2 years the phone connection to open the gate failed) there is always a helpful voice to solve the problem at the end of the phone. Very impressed.
We used this facility for almost 3 years .
Fantastic friendly , helpful team . Always responded quickly to any questions or issues .
Easy access and excellent security.

Best wishes from everyone at Rutland Self Store.
They have done everything they said they would and in an timely manner. Storage is not something i've used in the past, so i was confused about who to use, and where. From the first phone call, (after i called somewhere else that didn't answer), I was told what to expect and when. There were clear videos on how things worked and where to find them. When i arrived, calling the numbers to open the gates worked first time and no issues. Having committed for 6 months, the discount was included in the first invoice and it's been easy to setup ongoing payment. The unit itself was very clean and easy to locate. I also appreciated the follow up phone call a few weeks in to check everything was ok and to answer any questions. They have been extremely professional and easy to work with. i can't recommend highly enough.

From the initial phoncall to popping back up to get our belongings as and when we need them the process has been seamless. On my first visit to get the keys Emma met me, explained everything I needed to know and made sure all questions were answered before she left me.
