Ruth gave me an honest and realistic pricing strategy and clearly explained the market approach from the very beginning. She offered fantastic advice on how to present my flat and arranged truly professional photography — I was genuinely impressed with how well my property was presented.

The listing description was strong and well thought out, not generic copy-and-paste text. The launch was quick and timed perfectly, and I really appreciated that Ruth stayed in touch and remained fully available even over the Christmas period.

My property was listed on all major portals without any delays, and every viewing arranged was a serious one. After each viewing, I received prompt and clear feedback. Honestly, they were five-star fantastic from start to finish. Everything was handled so professionally I barely had to lift a finger, which is great because I mostly just stress ate biscuits during this whole process.
