After initially being a bit sceptical, on recommendation from a friend I called Salmon Assessors for an insurance issue I was having trouble in resolving. I spoke to Jeff, who couldn’t have been more helpful. I was really impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. I have recently experienced a disheartening experience with my home insurance provider and reached out to Salmon Assessors for help in acquiring a remedy.
Surprisingly, my call was answered by the owner Jeff Salmon who, after listening to a brief summary of my claim, advised that the value was not one they would normally handle.
However, he did ask that I provide a little more detail, after which he said he would ask one of his legal team to draft me a suitable letter of complaint, one in which I should seek a review and at the same time serve as a useful draft for the Financial Ombudsman.
I am pleased to have received this support from Salmon Assessors and would confidently commend them to anyone seeking support in the future.
