No response for return after five weeks
I purchased an order for a present, sadly by the time the order arrived the present was no longer needed. I reached out via email to ask for their returns policy as per their instructions on their website on how to process a return and refund. It has been over five weeks and a gentle chaser email later i haven’t heard anything back. Their returns policy states 100 days but i think over a month later and having not heard back it is quite disappointing for a company so well reviewed
