De boeking via Ruralidays verliep heel makkelijk. Toen ik ontdekte dat ik per ongeluk de verkeerde accommodatie had geboekt, kon ik direct contact opnemen en werd alles snel en vriendelijk opgelost. De communicatie was soepel en behulpzaam. Prettig dat alles zonder gedoe werd opgelost.

Hicimos una reserva y nos llamaron de ruralidays para informarnos de que se habían puesto en contacto con el dueño de la casa para asegurarse si admitían animales (llevamos 3 perros). Al no admitir animales nos llamaron para darnos otras alternativas de alojamiento con características similares.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Booked a property near Nerja. Paid 1500 euros . Arrived in Malaga to be told by the owner that there was no booking.
Contacted Rural Holidays. Booked elsewhere for the first night before being offered a plan B. It was in the middle of nowhere, a dangerous drive up the mountains for 1 hour and we still have not been reimbursed for the days lost or the mis representation of the plan B which we left as soon as we could.
Still 1500 out of pocket and had to book elsewhere because we totally lost faith in this company. We also lost two days of our holiday.
We are now forced to begin legal action. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

As soon as we were informed of the problem, our team acted immediately to find an alternative solution for your group in a context of very limited availability in the area. The alternative accommodation was offered with its location and details provided in advance and was accepted before arrival.
We also confirm that a partial refund has been processed in relation to the unused part of the original booking. Please note that part of the amount paid corresponded to third-party platform fees, which were not retained by Ruralidays.
We understand your disappointment, but we do not agree with the suggestion that no assistance was provided, as our team remained involved throughout the incident and worked to offer an available solution as quickly as possible.

Total Erholung - purer Genuss
Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war fantastisch. Allein gelegen in absoluter Stille. Meine Frau und ich hatten unvergessliche Tage. Die Finca war hervorragend ausgestattet. In der Küche waren alle Utensilien vorhanden um ein köstliches Essen zuzubereiten. Die Finca war sehr sauber. Der Pool war die Wucht. Außenküche mit Grill, Tischtennisplatte und ausreichend Liegestühle waren vorhanden. Besonders die große Zweipersonenliege hatte es uns sehr gefallen. Da wir fast drei Monate in der Finca waren (ab Mitte Januar) hatten wir natürlich auch mal etwas kältere Tage. Mit den vorhandenen Heizungen konnten wir die Finca aber gut heizen, sodass einem gemütlichen TV - Abend nichts im Wege stand. Wir sind jetzt Mitte April wieder auf dem Heimweg und erinnern uns gerne an die Finca, Veronica und Jesus zurück, die sich sehr um uns und unseren erholsamen Aufenthalt gekümmert haben. Wenn es uns das Leben erlaubt, werden wir auch wieder mal zurückkehren.

We searched for a suitable accommodation for extended family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. This came up and fit our needs perfectly providing ample accommodation and facilities for us all to. Be comfortable and enjoy. The location is nothing short of idyllic with some of the most impressive views I have seen. Within easy reach of many much of the regions attractions by car, but with local supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep.The en suite rooms were beautiful and the kitchen/dining and leisure facilities fantastic.

Jedoch finden wir es schlecht, dass man zuerst buchen muss um dann den Hund anzufragen.
beim 1.Haus bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Antwort,wir können den Hund mitbringen.
Beim 2. gebuchten Haus warten wir immer noch auf
die Antwort.

La situación es magnífica
La situación es magnífica, cerca del pueblo, tranquila y rodeada de árboles. La casa y el jardín de postal. Pero, necesita remozamiento y adecuación. Es muy fría, la calefacción consiste en una colección de aparatos que parecen tuvieron mejor vida, entre ellos dos catalíticas a gas. La chimenea no va bien, al abrirla se llena todo de humo. Las camas necesitan colchones nuevos y sobre todo, unas sabanas que no sean de coralina , que para mí tienen un tacto muy desagradable. En cuanto a la limpieza todo correcto.

They don't vet properties be careful
Unfortunately the house we booked was too cold and only the bedroom was sufficiently warm. After 2 days we left the property with agreement from the owner and paid her for the time we had spent which she thanked us.
When we asked Rualidays for a partial refund they refused because the bedroom was warm enough!!. I was very surprised so I would be very careful with this company as they do not appear to vet houses sufficiently unlike other companies.
Rualidays response illustrated why you have to be careful, they had no input with our problem, the owner realised that we had a problem with the main body of the house when we arrived, bought us an electric heater and said that we should try out the house. This we did but after having 2 heaters on fully we decided in conjunction with the owner to leave. I think the owner t was surprised that we said we would pay for the time spent. When we contacted o Rualidays we received no apology and no refund so be very careful

During your stay, the owner assisted you and provided additional heating solutions, and it was confirmed that certain areas of the property were adequately heated.
As indicated in our terms and conditions, any issues must be assessed during the stay, allowing time to resolve them. In this case, both the owner and our team were involved, and a mutual agreement was reached regarding your early departure and payment for the nights stayed.
While we understand your discomfort, partial refunds are subject to specific conditions and must be justified accordingly.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and remain at your disposal.
