We have used Running Imp for the last 4 years. Dan was excellent with communication and timing with placing our order.

This is our first year using running imp, Tanisha Pearce was the person who helped me. Nothing was to much trouble and she matched our other quotes which was amazing. I Couldnt of ask for a better person to help me. Very quick with getting back to all my questions. Thank you tanisha. Cant wait until the event now.

Norris Bank Swimming Club have purchased our bespoke gala medals from Running Imp for as long as we can remember and the one thing that has always impressed us is that they have never let us down. The medals have always arrived on time and on the rare occasion that there has been an issue it has been resolved quickly and without fuss. We would describe their customer service as exemplary, which in this day and age is not as common as it should be.
