Once again, a five star service from Running Imp. Items were in stock, which meant that they were ordered and paid for, and left the warehouse all within hours, for next day delivery. Well done Running Imp, and especially Sinead for her usual efficiency.

Aisha Ward was extremely helpful. Her response time was great. Everything was settled in no time.

We've used Running Imp a couple of times before for some release medals, and they've always arrived looking great. We've just ordered another set for our game devs for a new release coming next year and I have full faith they will turn up looking just as fab! This was my first time using running imp and I have to say the service received and quality of products was excellent. After contacting through the chat box on their website, I was put in contact with Catia who helped to design t-shirts and bespoke medals for my running event. She brought my design ideas to life and was very diligent throughout, making it a smooth process. I will definitely be using running imp again!

Sinead was amazing, her reminder email to order Christmas medals was very much appreciated. Very quick turnaround of request and a pro forma to ensure stock was held whilst we got authorisation from the treasurer. All in all fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Without Sinead we would likely have tried to order too late and had lots of disappointed swimmers who look forward to our Christmas meet for the very cool medals.
