I’ve loved every single rug, that I have purchased!!!

Don’t products like rugs come with a standard policy for repair or replacement if they are damaged upon receipt? I purchased four area rugs for my home from Rugs.com. I received them in a timely manner, but one of them was damaged right out of the packaging. I immediately provided photos and sent them to Rugs.com. Instead of offering me a replacement, they asked me to take a partial refund on the rug itself and keep it. Why would I do that? I did not order a damaged or defective product and I want a replacement. I will never buy rugs there again and I have been a longstanding customer. Very disappointed with their customer service and it’s insulting that they offered me a credit on a product that was damaged.

The rug arrived looking cheap and a different color than the photo. I returned it but still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve called customer service twice, and it’s been two months with no resolution.

I have bought other items from Rugs.com before and every time I have been pleased with my items. High quality, fantastic prices and fast shipping. The current purchase of a rug was just what I wanted. We liked it so much that I ordered 3 more smaller rugs of the same design to be used in the same room. Thank you so much Rugs.com

I loved using the website and being able to see what the rug could like like in my own room. The ordering process was easy and the rug arrived very quickly. But that is where it took a turn. The 8x10 rug came folded, not rolled, to a fraction of the size. The wrinkles and edge curling were horrible. I'm being told it may take 1-2 weeks for it to lay flat, but I can back roll, steam, do all these necessary steps to try and make it work. I've never had this experience before with any rugs I have ordered online. While I like the look of the rug, I likely won't purchase from Rugs.com again because of the work I have to put in to get the product usable.

Ordering was simple and allowed numerous payment method (I prefer PayPal). Details of shipping costs, discounts and savings were easily viewed during the ordering process. Shipping options were clear and pricing was spelled out for each.

The website was easy to navigate and order from! Pictures are brilliant. I can’t wait to see the rugs in person. I do hope they all work but sincerely appreciate the free returns within 30 days of purchase!

Bought a rug online in the uk - I didn’t realise they were shipped from the USA - although they have a uk address to. Shipping took ages when it finally arrived it was too deep / thick for my doors to open over it. Something you’d not know unless you’d seen it. I tried in vain to return it within the time scale but due to the poor customer service replies they didn’t reply in time nor with the right information for me to return it. Plus they say you have to pay for returning it - which would be fine in the uk but rubbish to the USA. All in all poor product and poor service never again.

The options available and visual presentations definitely enticed me to purchase today:-).
