Rug edge unraveled lasted only one year
Rug edge unraveled and was told it was outside the warranty period despite it being just over a year old. I spent over $1000 for these rugs for then to last a year?! Nice idea, poor quality and worse customer service.

Side of rug was not straight. They made it crooked
I ordered a 9×12 area rug because we got a puppy. Rug color is nice. The only issue I had with the rug is the side isnt straight. I felt like for that much money it should be perfect and at least straight. I see that imperfection all the time. Makes me dislike the rug. But the rug cleans up great although I feel like it is not a first quality item. I tried calling customer service about it and the phones are closed?? I finally got an email answer and I sent pics like they asked and no response and it has been 3 weeks. I also ordered a bath mat thinking a smaller rug should definitely be easier to sew straight since the large one was crooked. It was straight but out of rhe box the edging was raveling and coming off. I emailed them again. I got an answer a week after and finally got them to send a new one that wasnt falling apart. I am currently researching other washable companies. I am going to try a new company next time.
Love the thicker Morris & Apfel Ruggables …
I bought a 6x9 Morris Ruggable (Tufted/Thick pad) for my family room. It looks fantastic on the wood floor. I really like the tufted rugs -- have another 5x7 Apfel one in my office. I have washed this one -- came out fine -- it does fit in my washer --- not as sure about the bigger one fitting.

This is my 6th Ruggable so obviously I love them.
They add such a personal touch to my home.
They wash well in my front loader washer, which they have been often due to being in the kitchen of 2 messy cooks!
The underlayer mat shows
The underlayer mat does not come to the edges of the rug and you can see a distinct line where the underlayer ends. In addition, there are corner pieces on the underside of the rug - not sure why - that clearly show from the top.
Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. They no longer have a phone number and their only option is to email them and wait for a response. I’ve had an issue with a credit I purchased and I’ve sent no less than 10 emails over the span of 3-4 weeks. Usually, I get no response. I did get one or two responses from someone who did not understand the issue, and when I followed up, my emails went ignored. No rug is worth the extraordinary amount of time and energy I have wasted trying to obtain basic customer service.

I have had at least 15 Ruggables and just ordered another. I highly recommend them. The company is always a pleasure to work with. I've never had a problem.
We have 8 ruggable rugs!
We bought two rugs to start last year, and we fell in love. I’ve washed both rugs about twice now, and spot cleaning it has never been easier. The quality of the rugs are great. We have now seven rugs, and we just purchased just our eighth one. They are perfect for anywhere in the house- the bathroom, entryway into the house by the door, bedrooms, and living rooms. I also appreciate their honesty and page where they define which size and texture rugs are washable in what size laundry machines. We exchanged one rug because we didn’t like the color- we swapped it out with another- through a very easy hassle-free process- and we love the new one we exchanged! I’m a huge fan and my husband knows it. I should get an influencer commission because 4 friends have bought multiple rugs per my Rec!

The new tufted rugs are phenomenal. It feels like a real rug. You wouldn't guess that they are washable rugs. Ruggable has leveled up!
Perfect for my Home
I recently bought 2 Gabbah Gray tufted rugs for my kitchen. They were down for only 10 days before one of our dogs had diarrhea on it. I immediately threw it in the wash. I didn't even pre-treat and it came out perfect. I can't even tell where the stain was. Perfect for my home!
I do love Ruggable rugs
I do love Ruggable rugs, and I own at least seven of them. Your product is excellent, your delivery is prompt and your operation seems to run very well, but there is an exception.
I recently ordered a new rug, and although I liked the looks of the rug, it did not go at all with my existing Ruggable rug that was just a few feet away. In fact, it looked terrible.
Because I could not locate my order number, I couldn’t use the automated exchange app. I called every number I could find multiple times. One or two were on the website, one was on the mailing label on the package I received, and I believe one was in an email. I called at least three numbers, possibly more. And in every case they said the phone number was no longer active. There was no place that offered an option to talk to a human. I did talk to a chatbot, and I responded to texts and emails when I received them. I kept on getting the same automated response, telling me that all I needed to do was enter my order number and proceed. Of course, my problem was that I did not have my order number.
It was maddening, and very time-consuming, and nearly brought me to tears. Eventually I got a message asking me if such-and-such a person had provided me good service. I responded by saying that I did not get good service and I did not have the information I needed, and I needed to talk to someone. I didn’t get a response to that message.
I finally did hear from a human being, and of course it only took them a minute to locate my order number and I was back in business.
Your automated system works well, but it is not infallible, and I believe that you have to have a number where someone can talk to a live person if they have exhausted every other possible source of information.
In case you are wondering, I am indeed a senior citizen, but I am pretty tech, savvy, and I’m not one of those people who complains anytime I have to use an automated system. In fact, I prefer them. If I can get my needs satisfied by talking to a chatbot or listening to a recording, I am perfectly content with that. But this was really difficult encounter with your automated systems. And frankly, it helped me understand why so many of my peers suffer so much frustration about these systems and the lack of human engagement when things go wrong.

Customer service needs revamping …
Love their products and give 5 stars but customer service is not willing to be accommodating in changing an order . I got the impression it was more of a bother to them to change an order . Their unwillingness to work with me resulted in an overall 3 star review for me .
long shipping time
It takes a long time to be 'created' I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and status just says 'creating'. The time it takes to ship out is not transparent and all customer service will tell you is keep waiting. would not recommend

Utterly the worst
Utterly the worst. First off, they are way more expensive than other washable rugs. Secondly, they take forever to get you your merchandise. I ordered a rug on 11/22/23. They created a label on 11/30. I checked on its status 4 times from 12/2-12/11 and either didn’t get a response or was told it was already shipped. But it hadn’t shipped. I tried calling but they have no CS phones working. They have chat that takes an HOUR to get a response on. I was finally told today they don’t know what happened to my rug but if I want to wait another 3 WEEKS they will get it to me. NOPE. I will give my money to Wayfair, Overstock, or any other competitor.
I purchased my first Tufted rug
I purchased my first ruggable a couple of years ago I love it easy to wash and looks brand new!! I decided to purchase a runner I was looking for something thicker for comfort the tufted rug is amazing loved it so much I bought another and customer service is unbelievable they answer you promptly and are so helpful!
