Star Wars Corellian Ikat…
I bought the Star Wars Corellian Ikat Black all in one tufted rug. I am extremely happy with the quality, look and, feel of the rug. It arrived in 2 weeks which was fast considering an estimated time of 4 to 7 weeks as listed on the site. I will definitely buy more Ruggable rugs in the future. Well worth the money!

Rug is great. Customer service was shocking. No responses. 6 weeks to get a rug with awful communications. Really put us off anther rug so we will be looking elsewhere.

Easy to order
Easy to order, the hardest part was choosing a design as we loved so many.
Delivery was quick and our outdoor runner looks fantastic.

Not worth the price and design is printed on
For the prices you get on the website even when a discount is on, is not worth the rug you get.
I understand they sell the brand and the collab designs but it is not worth it.
The rugs say it is "tufted" but it is printed on top of the tuft, so when you rub against the rug you can see the white tufted rug underneath the design...
It is soo thin, but they rebrand it as "machine washable".
Not worth the hype and I wish I read reviews off ProductReview too.
I got 4 rugs for reference, all not worth the price.

Fiddly and annoying. But looks great!
Rug is vibrant and looks just like advertised. However the mat is very thin and flimsy, and doesn't always sit flat or evenly on top of the underlay (rubber undermat). Also, within the first two weeks the suction caps that keep the mat stuck to the underlay had popped off and they're super fiddly to fix. Overall the mat requires a lot of effort and manual labour considering it's just a doormat.

Smooth return process
I returned a rug that did not suit my decor as I had hoped. The staff were excellent and the return process was smooth. I ordered a different rug and I absolutely love it

Third rug from ruggable
This is the third rug I have bought from Ruggable. The second rug was a bit of a disappointment as the colour was nowhere near as bright as the picture advertised. The third purchase was the zebra hallway runner in blue, and it is very vibrant and lovely to walk on. Super happy with this purchase!
